After thorough analysis, it is believed that the issues existing in the performance management system of TJFAW Co., Ltd. are mainly reflected in the following five aspects: Insufficient understanding of difference between performance examination and performance management。 thinking that performance management is only the responsibility of the human resources department of the pany。 seeking urgently for performance management but neglecting the real issues。 lack of humanoriented concept。 insufficient recognition of performance feedback.
