【正文】 following terms: 1. 乙方向甲方提供的翻譯服務(wù)，中譯英的翻譯價(jià)格為每千漢字（不計(jì)空格項(xiàng)），英譯中的翻譯價(jià)格為每千漢字 （不計(jì)空格項(xiàng)）； PPT文件（不包括注釋?zhuān)┑姆g為英譯中 ／頁(yè)。甲方充分理解在任何情況下向乙方發(fā)送任務(wù)前都應(yīng)留給乙方合理時(shí)間。未經(jīng)甲方書(shū)面同意，乙方不得對(duì)甲方所提供的文件資料及產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行復(fù)制、修改、或發(fā)表。合同的任何修正或補(bǔ)充須經(jīng)雙方共同簽字后方生效。仲裁裁決為終局性的且對(duì)雙方均有約束力。如中、英文本有歧異，以中文為準(zhǔn)。 Party B agrees to plete each project with good quality and timely delivery. If any special situation makes impossible the pletion and delivery of the project according to Part A’s requirement, Party B should inform Party A two working days in advance and both parties will cooperatively search for an alternative solution. 6. 甲方有權(quán)審校乙方的翻譯件并提出修改意見(jiàn)，翻譯件中如有不準(zhǔn)確之處（不包括甲方在乙方交付翻譯件后對(duì)原件做出的修改），乙方在交付后三個(gè)月內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)修改。 To ensure the quality of work, before a translation project starts, Party A should provide Party B with the original texts, and response to the consultation of terminology from Party B. Party B shall translate, proofread, typesetting, typing in accordance with the requirement from Party A, and submit the translated documents in time. 3. 甲方應(yīng)給乙方提供合理的交付時(shí)間以便乙方按時(shí)完成任務(wù)。乙方應(yīng)按甲方的要求進(jìn)行翻譯、審校、排版、打字、按時(shí)提交翻譯件。如遇特殊情況無(wú)法按甲方的要求完成和交付工作，乙方應(yīng)提前 2 個(gè)工作日通知甲方，雙方共同尋求其它解決方案。 Party A shall return a Receipt Acknowledgment to Party B upon receiving the delivery from Party B and proofreading to satisfaction, as an evidence of the receipt of the work assigned to Party B. Party A should make the full payment within 30 days after the receipt of Party B
