【正文】 [9]吳志強(qiáng)，北京：清華大學(xué)出版社。[4]，北京：電子工業(yè)出版社。致 謝本文是在馬建峰老師的悉心指導(dǎo)和精心培養(yǎng)下完成的。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時，轉(zhuǎn)盤和機(jī)械手動作，把物料送到檢測通道，傳送帶指示燈亮。（4）可以對工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行邏輯運(yùn)算和數(shù)字運(yùn)算等處理，并將結(jié)果返回給控制系統(tǒng)。進(jìn)入60年代，隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和電子技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，開始大量采用氣動、電動單元組合儀表對關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行指示，計算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)開始應(yīng)用于控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字控制和設(shè)定值控制。光電傳感器開始檢測物料，圓盤動作傳送到底，機(jī)械手開始動作，把物料送到檢測帶上，傳送帶動作。因此在許多應(yīng)用場合，光電式傳感器比其他傳感器有明顯的優(yōu)越性。作往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動的氣缸又可分為單作用、雙作用、膜片式和沖擊氣缸 4種。 本設(shè)計可以采用二位二通的氣動電磁閥，它操作輕便，又能快速實(shí)現(xiàn)氣缸的正反轉(zhuǎn)，易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化，因此應(yīng)用廣泛。三菱FRE500特點(diǎn)：（1）更省能源；（2）環(huán)保，壽命長，維護(hù)簡單；（3）最適用風(fēng)扇；（4）操作簡單，網(wǎng)路化；（5）適用全球化；（6）豐富多彩的功能。（2）V/f閉環(huán)控制優(yōu)點(diǎn)：結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，調(diào)速精度比較高，可用于通用性異步電機(jī)；缺點(diǎn)：低速力矩難保證，不能采用力矩控制，調(diào)速范圍小，要增加速度傳感器；主要采用場合：用于保持壓力，溫度，流量，PH定值等過程場合。物料傳輸是通過機(jī)械手和三相異步電動機(jī)及變頻器來實(shí)現(xiàn)，機(jī)械手可通過伸出，下降，夾緊物料，提升，縮回等動作將物料從物料臺送到傳輸帶上，而三相異步電動機(jī)啟動傳送帶的動作及變頻器改變傳輸帶的速度。完成三個階段稱作一個掃描周期。這一階段的產(chǎn)品主要有西門子公司的S7系列，AB公司的PLC5,SLC500、德維森的V80和PPC11，加拿大ONLINE CONTROL公司與合控電氣公司所開發(fā)的OPENPLC等。PLC大約經(jīng)歷四個階段：(1)初級階段：第一代PLC取代繼電器，主要功能是邏輯運(yùn)算和計時、計數(shù)功能。自動分揀機(jī)是一個很成熟的產(chǎn)品，已成為當(dāng)代物流技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志。廣泛應(yīng)用在醫(yī)藥行業(yè)、生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)等行業(yè)。自動分揀系統(tǒng)由傳輸供件同步導(dǎo)入裝置、識別及控制系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械分揀機(jī)構(gòu)及信息處理系統(tǒng)等組成。關(guān)鍵詞 PLC 變頻器 物料分揀AbstractAutomatic sorting system is able to identify the item attributes and items for the automatic classification of transmission system. The design goal is for panies to reduce labor, increase production speed, and greatly increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. I use functional analysis, documentary research, observation, study of this project. The study shows that automatic sorting system based on the production line a variety of materials are sorted, have greater economic and social significance.Keywords
