You can use the QCOST software to create a simple Quality Cost Analysis Report. When you launch , a small window will pop up. It contains three tabs: Quality。 and Cancel. With the tab at Quality, you’ll notice a light outline on the center screen. This is the program waiting for you to do something. It’s here that you enter the money spend trying to Do Things Right. You are not required to use this category. Click on Add. A new window will pop up titled, Add Quality Cost Item. There are two fields, Description and Cost. Enter the title and value and Click on OK. Then Click on Add again to add the next item and the next, and the next. You can stop the program and start again to add or edit your work. Please note that no time period is present.
