【正文】 然而 由于導(dǎo)電盤的慣性作用，電流經(jīng)蓄電池正極 — 30接住 — 吸拉線圈 — 保持線圈 — 搭鐵，此時(shí)吸拉線圈與保持線圈產(chǎn)生相反的磁場(chǎng)力使導(dǎo)電盤與接線柱斷開，同時(shí)在彈簧的作用下，鐵芯迅速回位，啟動(dòng)機(jī)的主電路被切斷，啟動(dòng)完畢。 （ 2）減速啟動(dòng)機(jī) :啟動(dòng)機(jī)與驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪之間增設(shè)了一個(gè)減速裝置，起到減速增矩的功能。 外嚙合式減速機(jī)構(gòu)在電樞軸和啟動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪之間利用惰輪作用中間傳動(dòng)，且電磁開關(guān)鐵芯與驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪同軸心，直接推動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪進(jìn)行嚙合，無(wú)需撥叉，一般用在小功率的啟動(dòng)機(jī)上，如圖 6 所示 內(nèi)嚙合式減速機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)中心距小，可有較大的減速比，故適用于大功率的啟動(dòng)機(jī)。 （ 2） 電樞移動(dòng)式：它是靠起動(dòng)機(jī)磁極磁通的吸力，使電樞沿軸向移動(dòng)，而使小齒輪嚙入飛輪齒內(nèi)，啟動(dòng)后再由回位彈簧使電樞回位，讓驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪退出飛輪齒圈。 （ 2） 永磁式啟動(dòng)機(jī) :以永久磁鐵作為啟動(dòng)機(jī)的磁極，應(yīng)用較少。動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)由飛輪齒環(huán)和電機(jī)軸上的小齒輪及行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)、單向離合器等組成，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)，啟動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪在電磁開關(guān)與撥叉的共同作用下，與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)飛輪齒環(huán)相嚙合，電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)通過(guò)減速機(jī)構(gòu)減速增矩的作用，再通過(guò)小齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸旋轉(zhuǎn)。（主要控制啟動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)電流的通斷以及控制驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪與發(fā) 5 動(dòng)機(jī)飛輪的嚙合與分離） （ 3） 傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)組成 :單向離合器、撥叉 、回位彈簧、驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪、行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)。端蓋分前、后兩個(gè)，前端蓋由鋼板壓制而成，后端蓋由灰口鑄鐵澆制而成。電刷置于電刷架中，正電刷與勵(lì)磁繞組的末端相連，負(fù)電刷負(fù)極刷架打鐵。每個(gè)磁極上饒有勵(lì)磁繞組，兩對(duì)磁極相對(duì)交錯(cuò)安裝在電動(dòng)機(jī)定子內(nèi)殼上。 直流電動(dòng)機(jī)由電樞、磁極、殼體等主要部件構(gòu)成。 作用 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在燃料供給系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、汽缸壓力正常的情況下依靠外力使汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸的轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到一定適應(yīng)值即可自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。 關(guān)鍵詞： 啟動(dòng)機(jī)：故障檢測(cè)：故障排除 2 Summary In this paper the startup machine as the center, this article will be divided into five most.
