【正文】 近年來(lái)CTX靜脈沖擊療法得到更廣泛的應(yīng)用。起病就需要透析的患者如腎功能可恢復(fù)，通常發(fā)生在3個(gè)月內(nèi)；除非還有腎外器官受累，不然3個(gè)月后不需要繼續(xù)應(yīng)用CTX。 血漿置換的主要適應(yīng)證為合并抗GBM抗體、肺大出血和表現(xiàn)為急性腎衰竭（ARF）起病時(shí)依賴透析者。而EUVAS IMPROVE研究則發(fā)現(xiàn)AZA用于維持緩解療效優(yōu)于馬替麥考酚酯（MMF）。s granulomatosis). ANCA相關(guān)小血管炎主要指韋格納肉芽腫病，現(xiàn)稱肉芽腫性多血管炎（Granulomatosis with polyangiitis, GPA）、顯微鏡下型多血管炎（MPA）和ChurgStrauss 綜合征，現(xiàn)稱為嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞性GPA（EGPA）
