網(wǎng)路化組織與網(wǎng)絡(luò)式組織(文件)

 

【正文】 。家庭即工廠絕對(duì)不是口號(hào),也不是落伍的小型手工業(yè),而是真真確確未來(lái)人類的生活方式。這種企業(yè)可以隨時(shí)改變外包組合,以彈性化地生產(chǎn)出不同的產(chǎn)品。當(dāng)市場(chǎng)變化太快,產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃趕不上流行速度時(shí),亦如前面所討論的,讓顧客自行設(shè)計(jì),下了定單才開始生產(chǎn)的虛擬產(chǎn)品便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。Davidow與Malone指出虛擬產(chǎn)品是訂作設(shè)計(jì)與即時(shí)運(yùn)送,這或多或少已經(jīng)是一種服務(wù)。豐田把經(jīng)銷商當(dāng)作伙伴,所以經(jīng)銷商會(huì)定期挨家挨戶地拜訪客戶,隨時(shí)探詢客戶的新需要,所以為豐田建立了市場(chǎng)訊息雙向反饋的系統(tǒng)。其三,虛擬企業(yè)要讓組織內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,以增加生產(chǎn)的彈性。...彈性是人的作為。其四,虛擬企業(yè)要建構(gòu)親密的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系,以建立即時(shí)供貨系統(tǒng),并保障供貨品質(zhì)。不消說(shuō),上述建立共同目標(biāo)及共同參予產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的行動(dòng),是創(chuàng)造虛擬企業(yè)的先決條件?!固摂M企業(yè)一方面要像變形蟲,隨時(shí)改變組合方式以適應(yīng)特定需要,但另一方面,為了提供多樣化產(chǎn)品,它又要維系一群外包供應(yīng)商的關(guān)系,隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備好,以便與他們結(jié)合,滿足各式各樣的客戶需要。組織資訊化的企業(yè)再造工程,追根究底,企業(yè)流程與工作團(tuán)隊(duì)都需要組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)化加以整合。矽谷的策略聯(lián)盟除了外包生產(chǎn)之外,也常常包涵了知識(shí)共享與技術(shù)互換。企管學(xué)者Joseph Badaracco 在「知識(shí)聯(lián)盟」(Knowledge Link,1991)一書中強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)可以分成兩種,一種是可移動(dòng)的知識(shí),像是課本上的公式、設(shè)計(jì)的藍(lán)圖、專利或零組件(知識(shí)已經(jīng)變成產(chǎn)品)。創(chuàng)新發(fā)明不只需要前者,后者有時(shí)也扮演者關(guān)鍵的角色。美國(guó)社會(huì)學(xué)家Mark Granovetter (1973)就曾指出如果人與人的弱連帶多,則訊息傳播快速,反之一小群人如果自成團(tuán)體,團(tuán)體與團(tuán)體間缺乏溝通橋梁,則訊息傳遞會(huì)處處障礙,傳播不廣。在這種空氣中充滿新知的地方,一次談天,一個(gè)演講,一場(chǎng)座談都是創(chuàng)意的來(lái)源,人們?cè)诓唤?jīng)意的交談中就迸出智慧的火花。資訊的收集與欺詐的防制其實(shí)是一體兩面的事,愈在資訊不完整的市場(chǎng)上,欺詐發(fā)生的可能性就愈高,市場(chǎng)上的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也愈高,信任關(guān)系則變得愈重要(Granovetter, 1985)。于是,交易者學(xué)會(huì)利用結(jié)盟,有了信任關(guān)系,走進(jìn)市場(chǎng)幾分鐘就可能完成交易,而不是花一整天去收集訊息(Geertz,1992)。再加上資訊科技帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境--符號(hào)導(dǎo)向的消費(fèi),快速變遷又不穩(wěn)定的市場(chǎng)以及分眾化的生產(chǎn),也使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)式組織得到發(fā)展的溫床。網(wǎng)路上的溝通就缺少了社會(huì)情境,也只能傳達(dá)訊息,所以傳播知識(shí)有余,但引發(fā)情感不足。往往在有可能產(chǎn)生欺詐的情境下,這種認(rèn)證是十分迫切需要的。剛好這些需求正是一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)式組織之所以存在的理由,尤其網(wǎng)絡(luò)式組織更是需要信任關(guān)系才能有有效的社會(huì)控制。但是信任關(guān)系的社會(huì)資本,強(qiáng)連帶是要在長(zhǎng)期面對(duì)面互動(dòng)中慢慢建立的,對(duì)方的一顰一笑,一句體己話,一聲同哀,一次把臂,才觸動(dòng)心靈深處一場(chǎng)悸動(dòng),友情越來(lái)越厚,信任越來(lái)越強(qiáng),強(qiáng)到有難同當(dāng),有福同享時(shí),才是事業(yè)好伙伴。結(jié)語(yǔ)如上所述的,我們發(fā)覺(jué)組織網(wǎng)路化是為了應(yīng)運(yùn)知識(shí)工人的工作型態(tài)、多樣又多變的市場(chǎng)需求,以及知識(shí)作為生產(chǎn)工具,其創(chuàng)造與傳播的需要而產(chǎn)生。因?yàn)檫@三項(xiàng)時(shí)代的變化,而使得組織既需要網(wǎng)路化,也需要網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,兩者常常相伴而來(lái),這也就是為什么我們常把network organization一詞同時(shí)指涉兩個(gè)概念,而易于混淆的原因了。 Schuster Chandler, Alfred D.
