能力尤其是大型單件小批生產(chǎn)的企業(yè),由于訂單具有隨機性,生產(chǎn)種類繁多,生產(chǎn)對象不斷在變化,生產(chǎn)重復(fù)性低且不確定,就使得生產(chǎn)計劃及生產(chǎn)管理十分復(fù)雜難做,因此研究怎樣擴大生產(chǎn)能力顯得十分重要。運用時間模型采用關(guān)鍵路線法對生產(chǎn)中的H訂單產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)計劃方面的編制進行了研究,提出了時間模型在員工績效管理方面的應(yīng)用情況,同時還分析了時間模型的運用經(jīng)濟效果 工時模型的正確建立,為油箱生產(chǎn)的工時制定提供了良好的方法,也為油箱的生產(chǎn)計劃提供了準(zhǔn)確可靠的數(shù)據(jù)支持同時也有利于大型單件小批制造型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理關(guān)鍵詞:大型單件小批生產(chǎn),工時定額,時間模型,關(guān)鍵路線法重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACT The leaders in enterprises belong to manufacturing industry always expect thattheir production capacities could be expanded under no investment or few investment,especially LargePiece OKP (oneofakind production) Enterprises. Due to the orderrandomicity and variety and low reiteration and ascertainion in LargePiece OKPEnterprises, the production plan and production management is very plicated anddifficult. So it is very important that studying on how to expand production capacities.But now, people often pursue the advanced management, such as CIMS, CE, JI工AMetc, but neglect the most foundation process and time study in enterprises themselves. Inparticular, in LargePiece OKP Enterprises, the production have no fixed manhourquota and the planner depend on only experience to estimate the manhour quota whenplanning because of being unable to obtain scientific manhour quota datum. In thispaper, the production time in LargePiece OKP Enterprises will be studied. In this paper, first of all, expounding Motion Stu勿and Time Study in IE theory,and then, according to the characteristic that is the unfixed production objects andmanhour quota in LargePiece OKP Enterprises, that is, manhours are changeable, andon the basis of analyzing the changeable manhour that is made up of consta川andvariable, the manhour model idea and the establishing step and process chart are given. According to manhour models in LargePiece OKP Enterprises, Thedemonstrating example is given in tank factory of A Company. Analyzing the tankproduction process and improving the working operation in process, and establishingmanhour models and giving the demonstration in CNC and bending and welding andblasting working operation. And then using the model and CPM(Critical Path Method)to study production planning of H order, putting forward the performance managementby using the manhour models. In the end, economic benefit is analyzed after usingmanhour models.
