【正文】 第一篇:“五四”論文:系統(tǒng)理論視角下對(duì)“五四”時(shí)期戲劇翻譯的研究(范文)“五四”論文:系統(tǒng)理論視角下對(duì)“五四”時(shí)期戲劇翻譯的研究【中文摘要】”五四”運(yùn)動(dòng)是中國歷史上的一個(gè)重要時(shí)期,當(dāng)時(shí)的中國無論是在社會(huì)狀況還是在文化方面都處在一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期。在這一時(shí)期,中國的翻譯事業(yè)達(dá)到了又一個(gè)高潮,而這一時(shí)期也促進(jìn)了我國話劇的發(fā)展,通過對(duì)外國戲劇的翻譯和介紹,使中國的話劇無論是在選材還是創(chuàng)作技巧上都發(fā)生了改變,并使其逐漸趨向成熟。本文研究“五四”時(shí)期的話劇翻譯,主要是對(duì)英語翻譯成漢語的情況進(jìn)行研究。本文以翻譯系統(tǒng)理論(多元系統(tǒng)理論,規(guī)范理論和改寫理論)為理論框架,對(duì)這一時(shí)期不同譯者對(duì)劇本的選擇和翻譯策略的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行描寫和解釋。多元系統(tǒng)理論,規(guī)范理論和改寫理論都是語語言文化取向,強(qiáng)調(diào)目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)諸因素對(duì)翻譯的影響和制約以及翻譯對(duì)語文化文學(xué)系統(tǒng)的影響。依據(jù)這些理論,戲劇翻譯和其他文本類型的文學(xué)翻譯一樣,也要受到語社會(huì)和文化系統(tǒng)的操控,社會(huì)環(huán)境和戲劇系統(tǒng)對(duì)戲劇文本的選擇和翻譯策略的選擇會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要影響?!拔逅摹睍r(shí)期對(duì)外國的戲劇進(jìn)行了大量的翻譯,從19171924年之間,據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),出版翻譯劇本達(dá)170余部,涉及近二十個(gè)國家的七十多位劇作家。本研究表明,這一時(shí)期選擇劇本并對(duì)其進(jìn)行翻譯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有兩個(gè):一個(gè)是“為藝術(shù)而藝術(shù)”,標(biāo)榜純粹的藝術(shù)。另一個(gè)是為現(xiàn)實(shí)服務(wù),戲劇要能反映社會(huì)問題,批判現(xiàn)實(shí)。研究顯示,影響譯者翻譯策略的因素是多方面的,但在具體某一個(gè)翻譯個(gè)案里,總會(huì)有某一個(gè)因素占主導(dǎo)地位。本文進(jìn)行分析的洪深翻譯的王爾德的《少奶奶的扇子》,運(yùn)用的主要翻譯策略是改譯,是歸化,該譯本迎合了當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)的意識(shí)形態(tài)和觀眾的期待,演出獲得了巨大成功。而“五四”時(shí)期,中國的戲劇文學(xué)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,為了引進(jìn)新的戲劇形式和戲劇技巧,一些劇本也進(jìn)行了直譯,如田漢翻譯的《莎樂美》。通過對(duì)這兩個(gè)劇作翻譯的研究,可以看出,影響這一時(shí)期翻譯策略選擇的因素主要有:目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的社會(huì)狀況及其意識(shí)形態(tài),目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的戲劇子系統(tǒng)的規(guī)范及其發(fā)展變化,譯者的翻譯以及觀眾的期待等。無論譯者采取怎樣的翻譯策略,他們的譯作都在一定程度上受到了對(duì)目標(biāo)文化文學(xué)系統(tǒng)制約,同時(shí)也對(duì)目標(biāo)文化系統(tǒng)特別是戲劇子系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了較大影響?!居⑽恼縏he May 4th Movement is an important period in Chinese that time whether the social conditions or culture of China were all in a transitional this period, it witnessed another climax of translation in China and it also contributed to the development of the translation and presentation of foreign plays, the dramas of China both in the selection of texts and writing skills have changed and it gradually thesis studies the dramatic translation of the May 4th Movementmainly the drama translated from English into system theory(Polysystem Theory, norms and rewriting theory)as its theoretical framework, this thesis describes and explains theselection of the texts and different translators’choice of translation strategies in this Theory, norms and rewriting theory are all targetoriented, which emphasize the impacts and constrains of various factors of the target system on the translation and the influences of translation on the target literary to these theories, like other literary types of translation, drama translation is also dominated by the forces of target culture and the target environment and the drama system of the May 4th Movement exerted great impact on the translation of foreign dramas regarding the selection of texts and the choice of translation strategies in the process..A large number of foreign dramas were translated into Chinese during the May 4th to inplete statistics, about 170 play texts were translated and published, involving nearly 70 writers of 20 study shows that there are two standards for the selection of the script in this period: one is“art for art sake”which is for the pure art。the other is the reality is able to reflect social problems and criticizes the study shows that the factors which influence the translation strategies are various, but there is always one factor in the dominant position in a specialcase of translation, for example, Hong Shen’s adaptation of Wilde’s Lady Windermere’s Fan analyzed in this thesis, the main translation strategy used is adaptation and translation met the ideology of the society and the expectations of the audiences of that time, so the performance of this play was a great , in the time of the May 4th Movement, the dramatic literature of China was in a transition order to import new styles and skills of drama, some scripts were translated literally, like Tian Han’s translation of Wilde’s the investigation of these two translation scripts, it shows that the main factors which influenced the choice of the translation strategies were: the social situation and ideology of the target system, the norms and development and changes of drama in the subsystem of the target system, the intentions of the translator and the expectations of the audiences matter what translation strategies the translators used, their translations were restricted to some extent by target literature literary system, yet their translation also made great influence on the target literature system especially the theater subsystem.【關(guān)鍵詞】”五四”
