【正文】 I 摘 要 本論文是結(jié)合當(dāng)今汽車(chē)行業(yè)發(fā)展的形勢(shì)，對(duì)微型電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的車(chē)用輪邊減速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)， 設(shè)計(jì)一種微型電動(dòng)車(chē)用的輪邊減速器，是為微型電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的輪邊驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)使用，工作力矩較小，但因沒(méi)有主減速器而需要更大的減速比。以大型車(chē)輛的輪邊減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)型式可以為電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的輪邊減速器提供參考，縮小結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，而增大減速比，滿(mǎn)足輪邊驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的使用要求。 全套圖紙，加 153893706 近年來(lái) 隨著汽車(chē)工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，全球汽車(chē)總保有量不斷增加，汽車(chē)所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境污染、能源短缺，資源枯竭等方面的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越突出。日益嚴(yán)重的石油危機(jī)與人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的加強(qiáng)，對(duì)汽車(chē)工業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了極為嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。 采用電能為驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備的電動(dòng)汽車(chē)由于能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)“ 零排放”，而成為各國(guó)汽車(chē)研發(fā)的焦點(diǎn)。為了保護(hù)人類(lèi)的居住環(huán)境和保障能源供給，各國(guó)政府不 惜投入大量人力、物力尋求解決這些問(wèn)題的途徑。而電動(dòng)汽車(chē) (包括純電動(dòng)汽車(chē)、混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車(chē)以及燃料電池汽車(chē) )，即全部或部分用電能驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的汽車(chē)，具有高效、節(jié)能、低噪聲、零排放等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在環(huán)保和節(jié)能方面具有不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)，因此它是解決上述問(wèn)題的最有效途 II 徑。 本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的微型電動(dòng)汽車(chē)用的輪邊減速器在電動(dòng)汽車(chē)上的應(yīng)用提供了一種可以借鑒的減速裝置形式，有助于電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 電動(dòng)；輪邊；減速器；設(shè)計(jì) ； 驅(qū)動(dòng) III ABSTRACT This thesis is to bine current situation of the development of automobile industry of miniature electric cars, car wheel edges reducer design, design a kind of minibev wheel edge speed reducer, miniature electric cars for driving wheel edges system USES, work torque smaller, but because there is no main reducer and need more than the slowdown.
