農(nóng)村小學(xué)生自我效能感的調(diào)查與研究 —— 以大通縣向化中學(xué)為例 專 業(yè) : 應(yīng)用心理學(xué) 姓 名 : 車輝霞 班 級(jí) : 10 應(yīng)用心理學(xué) 學(xué) 號(hào) : 20xx1011416 指導(dǎo)老師 : 職 稱 : 完成日期 : 20xx 年 5 月 13 日 青海師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院 20xx 屆畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 自我效能感本質(zhì)是個(gè)體在特定情境中對(duì)自己的某種行為能力的自信程度 ,小學(xué)生的自我效能感對(duì)其學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),成就動(dòng)機(jī)和人際關(guān)系建立具有重要的作用,會(huì)影響個(gè)體的自我評(píng)價(jià),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自我效能感應(yīng)該從了解其自我效能感的建立開始分析原因,再選擇相應(yīng)對(duì)策。以大通縣向化中心學(xué)校為例,考察小學(xué)生的自我效能感建立水平及影響因素,探討了農(nóng)村小學(xué)生的自我效能感,其中包括一般自我效能感、學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感、自我調(diào)節(jié)效能感等三方面。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下: (1)從不同年級(jí) 、 性別 、 民族 、 學(xué)業(yè)平均成績(jī)和母親文化程度五個(gè)方面對(duì)小學(xué)生的自我效能感進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,其中小學(xué)生的自我效能感存在顯著的年級(jí)差異,三年級(jí)的自我效 能感最強(qiáng);小學(xué)生的自我效能感不存在性別和民族差異;學(xué)業(yè)平均成績(jī)?cè)?70~ 80 分的學(xué)生自我調(diào)節(jié)效能感較高,因?yàn)閷?duì)自己的成功有更高的期待;母親的文化程度對(duì)小學(xué)生的自我效能感沒有影響。 (2)依據(jù)影響自我效能感的影響因素,從自我 、 學(xué)校教育 、 家庭教育及社度角 度提出以下策略:學(xué)生從自身的直接成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)制定合理的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo);教師根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際能力為其制定難易相宜的任務(wù),并抓住榜樣示范的作用;家長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生要 多鼓勵(lì),提供合理的引導(dǎo)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :小學(xué)生 自我效能感 自信 Abstract: Selfefficacy is essentially an individual in a particular situation in a certain behavior ability level of confidence in yourself, elementary student39。s selfefficacy on the learning activity, achievement motivation and interpersonal relationship plays an important role, will affect the individual self evaluation, training students39。 selfefficacy should be from the understanding of the established to analyze reasons of selfefficacy, and choose corresponding countermeasures. Necessary to the center of the school, for example, elementary student39。s selfefficacy level and influencing factors, this paper discusses the rural elementary school students39。 selfefficacy, including general selfefficacy, academic selfefficacy, selfefficacy of selfregulation and so on three aspects. The main research contents and conclusions were as follows: (1) from different grade, gender, nationality, average academic performance and degree of mother culture five aspects to the elementary student39。s selfefficacy in the investigation and research, including primary school grade significant differences in selfefficacy, selfefficacy of grade 3 strongest。 Elementary student39。s selfefficacy does not exist gender and ethnicity differences。 Average academic performance in the 70 ~ 70 students self adjusting selfefficacy is higher, because have higher expectations for their success。 Mother39。s educational level has no effect on pupils39。 selfefficacy. (2) on the basis of the influence factors of influence selfefficacy, from the self, the school education, family education and social degree Angle Degree is put forward the following strategies: students directly from their successful experience to develop reasonable learning objectives。 Teachers according to students39。 practical ability for its difficulty fitting for the task, and seize the model demonstration effect。 Want to encourage more students, parents and munities to provide reasonable guidance.
