【正文】 系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理研究 摘 要 計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)集成行業(yè)是信息產(chǎn)業(yè)中的一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)行業(yè)，同時(shí)又是一個(gè)具有極強(qiáng)生命力的新興行業(yè)。在上個(gè)世紀(jì)八十年代后，項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)入了新的階段，項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)展社會(huì)生產(chǎn)與生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域和各行業(yè)中，并且在組織的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和日常經(jīng)營中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。它在我國的飛速發(fā)展，也只是從上個(gè)世紀(jì)最后幾年中才逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來的。伴隨著各級(jí)政府上網(wǎng)工程的進(jìn)一步深化實(shí)施，金融、電信、財(cái)政、稅務(wù)、外貿(mào)等行業(yè)和部門的信息化建設(shè)的快速推進(jìn)，電子政務(wù)、電子商務(wù)、遠(yuǎn)程教育、遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療和網(wǎng)絡(luò)娛樂等各項(xiàng) 應(yīng)用的鋪開，以及個(gè)人客戶上網(wǎng)數(shù)量和企業(yè)客戶上網(wǎng)數(shù)量的不斷增長(zhǎng)，在全國范圍內(nèi)鋪開的信息化建設(shè)步伐也將隨之加快。大量的客戶定制將會(huì)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大對(duì)于系統(tǒng)軟件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、支撐體系及行業(yè)應(yīng)用信息系統(tǒng)集成等方面的需求，信息化建設(shè)的大戰(zhàn)日見硝煙。顯然，我國信息產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)機(jī)到了。這無疑也給國內(nèi)眾多信息系統(tǒng)集成廠商創(chuàng)造了空前廣闊的市場(chǎng)。目前國內(nèi)系統(tǒng)集成公司很多，系統(tǒng)集成也成為一個(gè)熱門話題。由于信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)含量高，信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到需求多變、技術(shù)更新和所處的環(huán)境變化快速和人員流動(dòng)頻繁等情況，故影響項(xiàng)目管理的因素日 益增多，信息系統(tǒng)集成行業(yè)也更加需要科學(xué)規(guī)范的項(xiàng)目管理 —— 質(zhì)量管理。 關(guān)鍵詞： 系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目、質(zhì)量管理 AbstractComputer information systems integration industry is one of the industries based industries, but it is also a very strong vitality of the emerging industries.
