【正文】 摘要 I 施工階段工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制 摘 要 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是工程項(xiàng)目管理的一項(xiàng)極為重要的工作 ， 能全面反映項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施狀況。做好施工階段的進(jìn)度控制管理對(duì)確保施工單位履行合同、工程按期竣工發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。 施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制與投資控制和質(zhì)量控制一樣， 是項(xiàng)目施工申的重點(diǎn)控制之一。它是保證施工項(xiàng)目按期完成，合理安排資源供應(yīng)、節(jié)約工程成本的重要措施。但是， 目前在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理中很難同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量、成本和進(jìn)度三大目標(biāo)， 本文即 針對(duì) 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制， 從系統(tǒng)的角度 出發(fā) ， 結(jié)合實(shí)際詳細(xì)闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的管理過(guò)程。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：項(xiàng) 目進(jìn)度控制 施工階段 進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 Abstract II Construction engineering project schedule control Abstract The progress of the project management of engineering project management is a very important job, which can reflect the project implementation status.
