畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 關(guān)于 A 醫(yī)藥物流公司配送問題及優(yōu)化 學(xué) 號(hào): 10182100 姓 名: 趙柳 專 業(yè): 物流管理 系 別: 經(jīng)濟(jì)管理系 指導(dǎo)教師: 董立偉 講師 二○一四年六月 i 摘 要 醫(yī)藥行業(yè)是一個(gè)多學(xué)科先進(jìn)技術(shù)和手段高度融合的高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)群體,涉及國(guó)民健康、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。近年來,我國(guó)制藥行業(yè)得到迅猛發(fā)展,冷藏藥品冷鏈物流行業(yè)迎來了廣闊的發(fā)展空間。 冷鏈?zhǔn)枪?yīng)鏈的一種特殊形式,它始于原料供應(yīng),經(jīng)過加工、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、配送、銷售等環(huán)節(jié),終于消費(fèi)終點(diǎn),期間的 各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)始終處于規(guī)定的低溫環(huán)境,是以保證藥品質(zhì)量、減少藥品損耗為目標(biāo)的一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程。由于藥品冷鏈產(chǎn)品對(duì)于溫度和對(duì)時(shí)效性的要求較高,其管理的關(guān)鍵在對(duì)整個(gè)鏈條中冷環(huán)境的控制上,強(qiáng)調(diào)在整個(gè)過程中都要達(dá)到無縫銜接的要求。可見,醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和醫(yī)藥物流公司都應(yīng)就低溫、冷藏藥品,在儲(chǔ)運(yùn)中冷鏈的完整性,以及如何保證冷藏藥品在渠道管理過程的安全有效進(jìn)行了深入的探討。 本文旨在從藥品這種特殊商品的角度出發(fā),探討醫(yī)藥冷藏物流的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并對(duì)藥品安全問題、藥品冷鏈特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、 A 醫(yī)藥物流公司的配送流程,從而指出 A 醫(yī)藥物流存在的問 題。以藥品冷藏供應(yīng)鏈為切入點(diǎn),對(duì) A 醫(yī)藥物流企業(yè)藥品冷鏈的流程分析,提出 A 物流公司藥品冷鏈存在的問題,并對(duì)其藥品冷鏈流程基于 RFID 技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以期對(duì)整個(gè)冷鏈物流質(zhì)量加以改進(jìn),進(jìn)而提高藥品質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)終端消費(fèi)滿意度。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 醫(yī)藥物流;冷鏈;冷藏藥品;流程優(yōu)化;無線射頻識(shí)別( RFID) ii ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical industry belongs to multidisciplinary hightech industry groups, in public health, social stability and economic development. In recent years, pharmaceutical industry of China gets rapid development, particularly in pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry,. The pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry has broad space for development. Cold chain is a special form of the supply chain. It begins in supply of raw materials, through processing, warehousing, distribution, marketing and other aspects, and finish in consumption. All aspects of it are always under prescriptive low temperature environment, in order to ensure quality of drugs. As pharmaceutical cold chain products have strict requirements in temperature and time, their management lies in control of cold environment of the entire chain. So far, pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmaceutical logistics panies should throw into deep research on integrity of cold chain for cold medicines during storage and transportation, and security of channel management of cold medicines. This article aims to discuss with development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry, from point of view of medicines (a special modity), and analysis drug safety issues, and characteristics, development status, development environment of cold chain of medicines, the dispatching flow of A pharmaceutical cold chain logistics ,then point out some problems of pharmaceutical cold chain. It analyses cold chain of A pharmaceutical cold chain logistics enterprise, with the starting point of pharmaceutical cold chain. Then it tries to optimize the pharmaceutical cold chain, based on the RFID technology, by resolving some problems of it, in order to improve quality of cold chain logistics, thereby increase drug quality, and get satisfaction of endconsumer.
