【正文】 摘 要 企業(yè)房產(chǎn)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)是針對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的需設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的，從而提高企業(yè)管理的效率。隨著中國目前房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，各企業(yè)為了增強自己的競爭實力和完善自身，不僅在其他方面做出改革，更注重自身的提高。 越來越多的房地產(chǎn)商采用信息化技術(shù)來管理企業(yè)，他們以自己的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺為基礎(chǔ)，通過多邊協(xié)議的形式進行集團采購和信息共享，提高市場競爭力，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息管理現(xiàn)代化。 本系統(tǒng)主要功能是完成企業(yè)房產(chǎn)信息的系統(tǒng)化管理。整個系統(tǒng)分為五個模塊：建筑物管理模塊、房屋管理模塊、住宅管理模塊、維修管理模塊、土地管理模塊。切每個 模塊都包含了錄入功能模塊、修改功能模塊、查詢功能模塊、刪除功能模塊。通過計算機使企業(yè)房產(chǎn)資源信息管理步入了自動化，科學(xué)化管理的行列。避免了以往手工操作等繁雜的勞動，即節(jié)省了人力，又方便快捷，還大大提高數(shù)據(jù)的準確性。企業(yè)房產(chǎn)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)是一個中小型數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)，它界面美觀、操作簡單、安全性高，基本滿足了企業(yè)管理的要求。本系統(tǒng)是在 Windows XP 的環(huán)境下，以 SQL Server2020 作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。企業(yè)房產(chǎn)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)在運行階段，效果好，數(shù)據(jù)準確性高，提高了工作效率，同時也實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)管理計算機化 。 關(guān)鍵詞： ASP； SQL Server 2020；企業(yè)房產(chǎn)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)；模塊化 Abstract Enterprise estate resources management information system is according to the real estate industry to design and implementation ， So as to improve the enterprise management efficiency 。 As China the rapid development of real estate industry ，Various enterprises to improve their petitive power and perfect oneself ， Not only in other ways to make reform， Pay more attention to the selfdevelopment 。 More and more real estate traders use information technology to management enterprise ， With their own work platform as the foundation ,Through multilateral agreements in the form of group purchasing and information sharing and improve market petitiveness,the realization enterprise information management modernization .This system mainly function is to plete the enterprise property information of the systematic management. The whole system is divided into five modules :Building management module, housing management module, housing management module, maintenance management module, land management module. Through the puter make enterprise estate resources information management marched into the automation, the scientific management ranks. Avoided formerly the manual operation and so on the numerous and diverse work, namely has saved the manpower, also facilitated quickly, but also enhanced the data greatly the accuracy. Enterprise estate resources management information system is a medium and smallscale database management system, it has not only beautiful interface, but also the high security and the simply operation, and meet the demand for enterprise management requirements 。 This system is in a Windows XP environment, to Server2020 SQL database, with ASP as background for programming language to develop. The Warehouse administrative system is designed with regarding SQL Server2020 as the backstage database and regarding ASP as programming language. The Enterprise estate resources management information system is effectual, the high data accuracy during the course of operating, improves working efficiency and realizes puterization for Enterprise management at the same time.
