的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造和系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)，主要針對(duì)于公司員工的管理，同 時(shí)還包括假期和福利等方面的管理。公司的員工管理包括員工基本資料，員工的 個(gè)人檔案，員工的勞動(dòng)合同，員工的崗位和報(bào)表的管理。實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)員工基本的查 詢，編輯，刪除，修改，添加，打印等操作。該系統(tǒng)采用實(shí)用的面向?qū)ο蟮拈_(kāi)發(fā) 工具VB和SQL SERVER數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。根據(jù)該公司的現(xiàn)狀，采用C／S的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶 端的訪問(wèn)?；緦?shí)現(xiàn)了公司的人力資源部門對(duì)公司的管理，滿足了公司的發(fā)展要 theories that human resource manage，proceeds to reform to the human resource management system of that pany to develop the design謝m thesystem，most in pany the employee’S management,and still include in the holiday and welfare management at the same time．The employee of the pany the management includes the basic data in employee，the employee’S personal resume，theemployee’S contract,the employee’S post witll the management of the statement．Realizes to the basic search in employee，edit,delete，modify,insert，print and others eoperations．That system make use of the object oriented tool of VB and use database of SQLSERVER．According to the present condition of the pany,the form of the adoption C／S realizes the interview that customer carry．It Was basic to realizes thehuman resource section of the pany to the management of the pany,satisfy thedevelopment of the pany requests，considering the prospect ofthedevelopment at the same time，developping the some other function．For example，describeof
