In order to stimulate the national economy and technology development, governments are formulating new policies and attracting investment of multinational corporations. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the pattern of the world economy were developing towards multipolarization, and the international interregional division of labor has also undergone tremendous changes of form. In this context, subject of the regional division of labor has gradually transferred from countries to multinational corporations。 technological progress and the geographical division of labor are increasingly deepening. In September 2008, subprime crisis broke out in America. Soon after that, “sovereign debt crisis” spread in European countries, which made the global financial crisis continue to expand and the future of the world economy bee bewildering. Therefore, the most anticipated event would be how multinational corporations could response to this crisis, meet the development need of diversification and differentiation and obtain greater development. This article will sort out some theories of the multinational panies and analyze the latest data and cases to summarize the new development tendency and features of multinational panies.
