【正文】 ?？飘厴I(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）設(shè)計(jì)題目： 基于PLC控制的全自動(dòng)物料分揀系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 系 部： 電氣工程系 專 業(yè)： 工業(yè)企業(yè)電氣化 班 級(jí)： 工企電氣091301 姓 名： 王紅健 學(xué) 號(hào)： 093905130136 指導(dǎo)教師： 馬建峰 職 稱： 講師 2012年6月 南京摘 要自動(dòng)分揀系統(tǒng)是指能夠識(shí)別物品屬性并對(duì)物品進(jìn)行分類傳輸?shù)淖詣?dòng)系統(tǒng)。自動(dòng)分揀系統(tǒng)由傳輸供件同步導(dǎo)入裝置、識(shí)別及控制系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械分揀機(jī)構(gòu)及信息處理系統(tǒng)等組成。本文主要介紹在自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線上通過PLC控制為核心,MCGS組態(tài)軟件為監(jiān)控軟件，變頻器、傳感器和電磁閥為電氣元件，氣缸和電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力設(shè)備來實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的分揀，然后把物料運(yùn)輸?shù)缴a(chǎn)線上。設(shè)計(jì)目的就是為企業(yè)減少勞動(dòng)力，增加生產(chǎn)速度，大大加大企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。我使用功能分析法，文獻(xiàn)研究法，觀察法 ，來對(duì)這一項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究。研究的結(jié)果證明了自動(dòng)分揀系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線的各種需要對(duì)物料進(jìn)行分揀，具有較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)意義。關(guān)鍵詞 PLC 變頻器 物料分揀AbstractAutomatic sorting system is able to identify the item attributes and items for the automatic classification of transmission system. The design goal is for panies to reduce labor, increase production speed, and greatly increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. I use functional analysis, documentary research, observation, study of this project.
