【正文】 ?？飘厴I(yè)設計（論文）設計題目： 基于PLC控制的全自動物料分揀系統(tǒng)設計 系 部： 電氣工程系 專 業(yè)： 工業(yè)企業(yè)電氣化 班 級： 工企電氣091301 姓 名： 王紅健 學 號： 093905130136 指導教師： 馬建峰 職 稱： 講師 2012年6月 南京摘 要自動分揀系統(tǒng)是指能夠識別物品屬性并對物品進行分類傳輸?shù)淖詣酉到y(tǒng)。自動分揀系統(tǒng)由傳輸供件同步導入裝置、識別及控制系統(tǒng)、機械分揀機構及信息處理系統(tǒng)等組成。本文主要介紹在自動生產(chǎn)線上通過PLC控制為核心,MCGS組態(tài)軟件為監(jiān)控軟件，變頻器、傳感器和電磁閥為電氣元件，氣缸和電動機為動力設備來實現(xiàn)物料的分揀，然后把物料運輸?shù)缴a(chǎn)線上。設計目的就是為企業(yè)減少勞動力，增加生產(chǎn)速度，大大加大企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。我使用功能分析法，文獻研究法，觀察法 ，來對這一項目進行研究。研究的結果證明了自動分揀系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線的各種需要對物料進行分揀，具有較大的經(jīng)濟和社會意義。關鍵詞 PLC 變頻器 物料分揀AbstractAutomatic sorting system is able to identify the item attributes and items for the automatic classification of transmission system. The design goal is for panies to reduce labor, increase production speed, and greatly increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. I use functional analysis, documentary research, observation, study of this project.
