【正文】 專科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） I 摘 要 該畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)介紹了可編程序控制器（ PLC）和 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的基本知識(shí)，包括 PLC 的定義、特點(diǎn)、分類、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、硬件知識(shí)及 PLC控制系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)知識(shí)?？删幊炭刂破魇且杂?jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為核心的通用自動(dòng)化控制裝置，它的功能性強(qiáng)，可靠性高，編程簡單，使用方便，體積小巧。采用 S7200系列的 PLC，設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)軟件，結(jié)合相應(yīng)的硬件系統(tǒng)，設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)簡單的全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了洗衣機(jī)由進(jìn)水，洗滌，排水，脫水，報(bào)警到自動(dòng)停機(jī)的循環(huán)過程。 全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)通過了可編程序控制器來實(shí)現(xiàn)洗滌過程， 滿足 了對(duì)洗衣機(jī)運(yùn)行的智能控制 。 此項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于提高學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力和幫助學(xué)生對(duì)一些理論知識(shí)的理解都具有積極的作用。 隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的提高，家庭電器全自動(dòng)化成為必然的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)的產(chǎn)生極大的方便了人們的生活。洗衣機(jī)是國內(nèi)家電業(yè)唯一不打價(jià)格戰(zhàn)的行業(yè)，經(jīng)過幾年的平穩(wěn)發(fā)展，國產(chǎn)洗衣機(jī)無論在質(zhì)量上還是功能上都和世界領(lǐng)先水平同步。 所以，通過此次設(shè)計(jì)，我們對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一流全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)有了具體的實(shí)踐，相信全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)將會(huì)有更廣闊的市場前景。 關(guān)鍵詞： 可編程控制器；控制系統(tǒng)；高效節(jié)能。 ?？粕厴I(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） II Abstract This graduation design introduces the programmable logic controller （ PLC ） and the basic knowledge of its control system, including the definition , characteristics, classifying, indicators ， the basic structure and working mechanism, hardware knowledge and the relevance to PLC control is a general automation control device which based on PLC core of puter. It has a pact sizewith a strong functionality , high reliability, simple programming ,which is easily used. The PLC ,which belong toMitsubishi39。s ,designs a simple auomatic washing machine,with a binition corresponding software and hardware system,so it successfully realizes a washing cycle in water. The automatic washer,with the logical controlling successfully plete washing,which saves time and labour as well as improves the technology. This design plays anactivize role in improving students39。 practicing and understanding of the theories concerned. With the development of economy as well as improvement of science and technology ,it is trend to realize the full washing machine of great convenience to people39。s our country, only the washing machine has a stable price in the electrical home , after a few years of steady development , domestic the washing machine with the advanced level of the world either in quality or function synchronize. Therefore, i believe that the design is embody more advantage about the full automatic washing machine. It must have a broad market .
