I 摘 要 PLC控制是目前工業(yè)上最常用的自動化控制方法,由于其控制方便,能夠承受惡劣的環(huán)境,因此,在工業(yè)上優(yōu)于單片機(jī)的控制。 PLC將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術(shù)、計算機(jī)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)融為一體 ,專門為工業(yè)控制而設(shè)計 ,具有功能強(qiáng)、通用靈活、可靠性高、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、編程簡單、使用方便以及體積小、重量輕、功耗低等一系列優(yōu)點 ,因此在工業(yè)上的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。 本文主要講述 PLC在材料分揀系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用, 利用可編程控制器 ( PLC) ,設(shè)計成本低、效率高的材料自動分揀裝置。以 PLC 為主控制器 ,結(jié)合氣動裝置、傳感技術(shù)、位置控制等技術(shù) ,現(xiàn)場控制產(chǎn)品的自動分揀。 系統(tǒng)具有自動化程度高、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、精度高、易控制的特點 ,可根據(jù)不同對象 ,稍加修改本系統(tǒng)即可實現(xiàn)要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 可編程控制器,分揀裝置,控制系統(tǒng),傳感器 ABSTRACT PLC control is the most monly used industrial automation control method, because of its convenient control to withstand an adverse environment, it is better than MCU control in the industrial. PLC traditional relay control technology, puter and munication technologies are integrated specifically for industrial control and design, have strong function, mon flexible, high reliability and environmental adaptability, and programming simple, easy to use and small size, light weight, a series of lowpower advantages in industrial applications bee more extensive. This paper focuses on the PLC in the canned beverage production, The design of an automatic sorting device with low cost and high efficiency is presented in the paper, which regards programmable logic controller ( PLC) as the master controller and bines pneumatic device, sensing technology, position control and other technology to implement automatic selecting of the products live. The device is characteristic of high automation, steady running, high precision and easy control, which can fulfill the requirement according to different situations with little modifications.
