【正文】 四川省高等教育自學(xué)考試 機(jī)械制造與自動化 專業(yè) 畢業(yè)論文 論文題目 基于 PLC 控制的物料運送系統(tǒng) 指導(dǎo)老師 羅 華 學(xué)生姓名 何 杰 準(zhǔn)考證號 800210346124 2020 年 9 月 14 日 四川大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 基于 PLC控制的物料運送系統(tǒng) I 基于 PLC 控制的物料運送系統(tǒng) 機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化專業(yè) 學(xué)生： 何 杰 指導(dǎo)老師 ：羅 華 摘要： 物料運輸系統(tǒng)是物流中重要的組成部分，它是不直接進(jìn)行人工干預(yù)的情況下對貨物進(jìn)行自動存取。它是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會發(fā)展的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)物，對加快物流流通、降低成本有著重要的意義。 近年來，隨著消費水平的提高，越來越多的商家認(rèn)識到物流運輸系統(tǒng)的改善與合理性對商家的發(fā)展非常重要，而對于一些小型超市往往要對貨物進(jìn)行分類存放，并建立貨物相關(guān)信息，時時跟蹤，便于對貨存信息的掌握，如果僅靠人工，這樣比較耗時，不便于商家的發(fā)展。 本課題針對以上問題主要對貨物分類存取控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計：最先是人工建立一個貨 物信息庫。在存貨物時，利用條碼掃描將貨物的信息傳入計算機(jī)中，并整理將對應(yīng)的指令傳給 PLC。然后 PLC按指令控制氣壓系統(tǒng)、步進(jìn)電機(jī)的運動，將貨物存放到指定位置；在取貨時，控制思路和存貨是大致一樣，從而實現(xiàn)對貨物的分類和存取的功能。在整個過程都滿足貨物先存先取得原則。 關(guān)鍵詞： PLC、條碼掃描器、步進(jìn)電機(jī)、氣壓系統(tǒng)、傳感器 Abstract: Material transport system is an important ponent of logistics, it is not direct human intervention in the case of automatic access to the goods. It is a modern industrial society, the development of hightech products, to accelerate the flow of logistics and cost of great significance. In recent years, with consumption levels, more and more businesses realize the improvement of logistics and transport systems and reasonable development of the business is very important, but for some small supermarkets often have to classify the goods stored, and the establishment of related goods information, always follow, easy to stock information on the master, if only by manual, so that is timeconsuming and not easy to business development. The main subject of the above problems of the classification system for access control design: the first is the artificial establishment of a goods information database. Goods in storage, the use of bar code scanning ining goods information in the puter, and finishing instructions will be passed to the corresponding PLC. And PLC controlled pneumatic system according to instructions, the stepper motor movement, the goods stored in the specified location。 in the pickup, the control and inventory is roughly the same idea, in order to achieve the classification of goods and access functions.
