【正文】 2022 屆信息工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)1西安某軟件公司績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)許偉凱摘 要 績(jī)效考核是指,在一定的考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)之下,企業(yè)運(yùn)用考核指標(biāo),對(duì)所有員工的工作行為和他們的工作業(yè)績(jī)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)今后工作人員的工作表現(xiàn)及形成積極的指導(dǎo)方法和。通過(guò)考核,能夠?qū)⑵髽I(yè)內(nèi)部的的人員的聘用,企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展、員工勞動(dòng)的薪酬、人員職務(wù)的升降以及勞動(dòng)薪酬等幾大指標(biāo)之間相互結(jié)合,讓一個(gè)企業(yè)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制能夠充分的獲得運(yùn)用,從而更加利于這個(gè)企業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展;同時(shí)這樣對(duì)員工們自身能夠建立自我激勵(lì),自我鼓勵(lì)的心理發(fā)展模式。所有績(jī)效考核,管理系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)生,正是為了更加方便的實(shí)現(xiàn)以上方案。 本文根據(jù)西安某軟件公司在績(jī)效考核方面存在的漏洞和不足而建立立項(xiàng)。對(duì)績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng)首先需求分析,從而對(duì)績(jī)效考核管理信息系統(tǒng)功能模塊劃分為:人員管理、考核管理、考核處理、考核指標(biāo)管理等模塊。利用 My Eclipse 作為開(kāi)發(fā)工具,Java 作為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,SQLServer 作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),構(gòu)建 B/S 模式下的西安某軟件公司績(jī)效考核管理信息系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)是使用 WEB 頁(yè)面進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)考核,增強(qiáng)了考核時(shí)間的靈活。為提高企業(yè)人員管理水平,提升績(jī)效提供了技術(shù)支持。[關(guān)鍵詞]: 績(jī)效考核;管理信息系統(tǒng);My Eclipse Analysis And Design Of The Company39。s Performance Appraisal 2Management System In Xi39。anXuWeiKaiXi39。an University, Department of management science and engineering, Information management and information system, Grade 12 Zip code: 710065ABSTRACTPerformance evaluation of an enterprise under the strategic objectives established, using specific criteria and indicators, on employee work behavior and made the work performance assessment, and use the results of the assessment process and the method of the positive guidance to employees in the future work behavior and work performance.
