【正文】 第二十二章 營養(yǎng)與兒科疾病 Chapter22 Nutrition and pediatric diseases 南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院 臨床營養(yǎng)教研室 陶新城 第一節(jié) 蛋白質(zhì) 熱能營養(yǎng)不良 Proteinenergy malnutrition PEM 一、概述 （一）定義 蛋白質(zhì) 熱能營養(yǎng)不良 （ Proteinenergy malnutrition PEM）： ?是各種營養(yǎng)素缺乏的一種臨床綜合征 ?因機體缺乏能量 和（或） 蛋白質(zhì)，不能維持機體正常代謝，表現(xiàn)為自身組織的消耗、體重減輕，嚴(yán)重者出現(xiàn)各系統(tǒng)功能障礙 ?多見于 3歲以下嬰幼兒 埠陽奶粉 、 大頭娃娃 ?頭大，嘴小，浮腫，低燒 ?淀粉、蔗糖等全部或部分替代奶粉 1)消瘦型 （ marasmus） 2)水腫型 （ kwashiorkor） 3)消瘦 水腫型 （ marasmus kwashiorkor） ： 介于消瘦與水腫之間 （二）臨床分型： 1）消瘦型（ Marasmus） 以 熱量缺乏 為主的重度營養(yǎng)不良 ?
