【正文】 精品畢業(yè)論文 北京交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 設(shè)計(jì)題目 ： 貨車轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修工藝設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè)（班級(jí)）： 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及自動(dòng)化 指 導(dǎo) 老 師： 學(xué) 生 姓 名： 學(xué) 號(hào)： 精品畢業(yè)論文 針對(duì)鐵路貨車車輛段貨車轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修線存在的問題，利用生產(chǎn)制造自動(dòng)流水線和現(xiàn)代信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修流水線進(jìn)行理論研究，解決現(xiàn)有檢修流水線缺陷問題，完善貨車檢修流水線理論，為貨車轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修流水線建設(shè)打下基礎(chǔ)。 貨 車轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修流水線的建設(shè)，將應(yīng)用機(jī)械設(shè)備、鐵道車輛、自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)理論、微機(jī)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)等多科學(xué)理論，結(jié)合貨車新檢修制度，依據(jù)檢修流水線的設(shè)置，理順檢修工藝流程，采用科學(xué)的檢修方法，提高貨車轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修水平，依托貨車檢修運(yùn)用微機(jī)管理信息系統(tǒng)，提高貨車車輛的管理水平，從而提高整個(gè)車輛檢修的科學(xué)技術(shù)水平。 本文闡述的轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修流水線，完成了轉(zhuǎn)向架檢修信息管理工作和信息采集工作，為借助設(shè)備及合理的生產(chǎn)組織方式，搞好車輛檢修線建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化貨車管理，提高車輛檢修質(zhì)量，大幅度提高貨車檢修科技水平，為運(yùn)輸提供快捷、安全的設(shè)備，使貨車 的使用和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 貨車 轉(zhuǎn)向架 檢修工藝 流水線 精品畢業(yè)論文 Abstract In allusion to the existing problem of freight train vehicle Duan freight train bogie examines and repairs line, a production automatic assembly line and the modern information system technology were used to research the production line to the bogie and solve the present vicious problem of examining and repairing line, and perfect the theory of freight train examines and repairs production line, whi can lay down basis for the construction of freight train bogie production line. The construction of freight train bogie examines and repairs line would apply the scientific theories which conclude mechanical equipment, railroad vehicle, automatic system theory , PC management work and so on, and bine with a new repairing rule for freight train , base on the interposition of examining and repairing line, adopt scientific method to repair, advance the repairing level of freight train bogie, apply Management Information System wielding PC based on freight train repairing, improve the management level for freight train vehicle, which can improve the scientific and technological level of the entire vehicle examining and repairing thereby. The bogie repairing line was expounded and the information administration job and the information collecting job were acplished, which laid the foundation for drawing support of equipment and the producing anization rationally, doing well in a vehicle examining and repairing, strengthening a freight train, raising quality of vehicle examining and repairing, improving the science and technology level of a freight train margin examining and repairing widely, offering rapid and safe equipment for transportation, maxmizing the use of freight train and the economic effect.
