【正文】 KKME專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)搜索引擎創(chuàng)傷性膈疝的外科治療（附16例報(bào)告） 作者：王建睿,杜玲,周紅艷 作者單位：陜西榆林，榆林市星元醫(yī)院胸外科 【摘要】目的 總結(jié)創(chuàng)傷性膈疝的診治經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法 對16例創(chuàng)傷性膈疝臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 術(shù)前確診 15例，治愈 15例，死亡1例，病死率 %。結(jié)論 創(chuàng)傷性膈疝一經(jīng)確診應(yīng)盡早手術(shù)治療。開胸探查術(shù)是絕大多數(shù)創(chuàng)傷性膈疝首選的手術(shù)方法，盡早手術(shù)修補(bǔ)膈肌裂口，及時(shí)正確地處理合并臟器傷是提高治愈率，降低病死率的關(guān)鍵。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 創(chuàng)傷性膈疝,膈肌損傷,膈肌修補(bǔ) [Abstract] Objective To summarize traumatic diaphragmatic hernia diagnosis and treatment Clinical materials of 16 examples of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were Before surgery 15 examples were diagnosed，15 examples were cured，1 example died，the case fatality rate was 625%.Conclusion As soon as the conclusion of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia passes through,the surgery should be done as of thoracotomy is the first surgery is the key to repair the diaphragmat
