【正文】 由金融危機引發(fā)的關于我國金融監(jiān)管的思考 彭佩 商學院金融 系 2022 級 3 班 20223029136 指導教師：朱衛(wèi) 講 師 內(nèi)容 摘要 ： 金融危機雖然已經(jīng)過去了一段時間，全球各個國家也都一直致力于危機的防范和危害的最弱化嘗試，但作為一次危害巨大的危機，其影響在未來一段時間內(nèi)仍將頑固地存在；金融危機雖然只是虛擬經(jīng)濟層面的危機，但隨著金融危機波及面的擴大，現(xiàn)在正向全球國家的實體經(jīng)濟滲透。作為國際上一個不容忽視的經(jīng)濟實體，中國的各個領域在這次危機中也 受到 了相當程度的沖擊。 其爆發(fā)的深層次經(jīng)濟學原理尚在探求和爭論中 。但是，導致危機爆發(fā)的一些基本動因已經(jīng)被大家所認同，其中金融監(jiān)管的缺失就成為無可爭議的罪魁禍首之一。 銀行和各個金融領域所受到的沖擊 也 促使了美國 對金融監(jiān)管做出了層次不一、深度各異的 改革和創(chuàng)新，我國金融監(jiān)管的改革也得以從中吸取許多有益的經(jīng)驗。 本文將從美國 對金融監(jiān)管的改革和創(chuàng)新來探索中國金融監(jiān)管理想之路。 關鍵詞 ： 金融危機 ； 經(jīng)濟滲透 ；金融監(jiān)管；改革創(chuàng)新 Thoughts on china’s Financial Supervision Caused by the financial crisis Abstract ： Although the financial crisis has passed for a period of time, global countries are mitted to prevent and weaken damage brought by the crisis, but as an immense crisis, the influence of it will exist stubbornly for a long time. While the financial crisis is just a crisis that stays on the virtual economic level, but with the expansion of it, it has perated to the entity economy of global counties. As an economic entity which should not to be neglected, China’s all fields got shocked heavily during this subprime crisis. The deep economic reason why it breakout is still in the exploration and debate. but, some of the basic reason has been widely accepted. Among them, the lack of financial supervision has bee the undisputed one. Shocks on Banks and various financial fields prompted American made levels of financial regulation differ, depth of reform and innovation. So that our financial regulatory reform is to draw many beneficial experience. This paper will explore an idle path of Chinese financial regulatory from the American reform and innovation of financial regulatory.
