重組人腦利鈉肽對老年充血性心力衰竭的療效評價(已修改)

【正文】 KKME專業(yè)醫(yī)學搜索引擎 重組人腦利鈉肽對老年充血性心力衰竭的療效評價 作者：夏中華，劉 瓊 作者單位：桂林醫(yī)學院附屬醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科，廣西 桂林 541001 【摘要】 目的：研究靜脈注射重組人腦利鈉肽 (rhBNP)治療老年充血性心力衰竭患者的療效。方法： 118 例老年充血性心力衰竭患者被隨機分為：常規(guī)治療組 (56 例 )，給予常規(guī)藥物治療 。rhBNP 組 ( n =62)，以 rhBNP 1. 5Μ g/kg 靜脈注射后，再以 0. 0075Μ g/kg 連續(xù)滴注 。觀察兩組治療前后超聲心動圖變化，血漿 N 末端腦利鈉肽前體(NTproBNP)濃度的變化以及出院后患者主要心血管事件的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：與治療前比較，治療 5d 后 rhBNP 組左室射血分數(shù)明顯提高 [(177。 )∶ ( 177。 )， P]。兩組血漿 NT proBNP 水平均有明顯下降 [常規(guī)治療組 (177。 ) pg/ml∶ (177。 ) pg/ml， rhBNP 組 (177。 ) pg/ml∶ (177。 ) pg/ml，P]，且 rhBNP 治療組下降更明顯 (P)。兩組患者治療前后左心室 舒張末期內(nèi)徑 (LVEDd)無明顯變化 (P)。在 8 個月的隨訪期內(nèi)rhBNP 組心臟不良事件少于常規(guī)治療組 (%∶ %)。結(jié)論：重組人腦利鈉肽是治療老年充血性心力衰竭的有效藥物。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 利鈉肽 ,腦 ,心力衰竭 ,充血性 ,老年人 Abstract： Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of intravenous injection of rebinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) on congestive heart failure (CHF) in aged patients.
