【正文】 自動(dòng)變速器的檢測(cè)與維修 共 22 頁(yè) 第 1 頁(yè) ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線(xiàn) ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 自動(dòng)變速器的檢測(cè)與維修 石 劉 南京工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù) 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 汽裝 0711 210046 [摘要 ] 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，汽車(chē)已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界的主流，汽車(chē)的發(fā)明給人類(lèi)帶來(lái)極大的方便，汽車(chē)的操縱性、舒適性也一直在逐漸提高，而手動(dòng)變速器已經(jīng)逐漸被自動(dòng)變速器所取代。自動(dòng)變速器能進(jìn)行反復(fù)的加速、減速、變速換檔等功能，具有變速平滑、駕駛輕便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但是與傳統(tǒng)的手動(dòng)變速器相比，也存在結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、檢測(cè)、診斷和維修難等問(wèn)題。 本文首先論述了自動(dòng)變速器的發(fā)展情況，然后對(duì)自動(dòng)變速器組成、結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)、工作原理進(jìn)行研究。其次對(duì) 自動(dòng)變速器常見(jiàn)故障進(jìn)行檢測(cè)診斷研究，主要有汽車(chē)不能行駛、自動(dòng)變速器打滑、自動(dòng)變速器異響。描述故障具體現(xiàn)象和可能的故障原因，進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的故障機(jī)理分析，并將自動(dòng)變速器動(dòng)態(tài)性能試驗(yàn)運(yùn)用其中，有失速試驗(yàn)和時(shí)滯試驗(yàn)，對(duì)故障進(jìn)行檢測(cè)診斷，準(zhǔn)確確定故障部位。進(jìn)而對(duì)故障進(jìn)行排除，并畫(huà)出故障診斷流程圖。最后通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)收集實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行分析，證明故障檢測(cè)診斷分析的正確性 。 [關(guān)鍵詞 ]：自動(dòng)變速器； 結(jié)構(gòu)組成 ；常見(jiàn)故障；檢測(cè) 與維修 [Abstract] With the scientific and technological progress, cars have bee the mainstream of the world, the invention of cars brings mankind great convenience, the handling and fort has also been gradually improving, and the manual transmission has been gradually replaced by automatic transmission. Automatic transmission can be repeated for the acceleration, deceleration, speed transmission, and other functions, the speed with smooth, light and other advantages of driving. But paned with the traditional manual transmission, there are issues such as plex structures, detection, diagnosis and difficult maintenance,so this study is on monvehicle automatic transmission failure 。 This paper discusses the development of the automatic transmission, automatic transmission and the position, structure, character, principle research.
