摘 要 在中國三十年的改革開放里,家族企業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展,成為了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點的一個重要力量,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位也越來越重。但是我國家族企業(yè)由于管理觀念滯后,管理機(jī)制不健全,管理手段不規(guī)范,為企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展帶來很大的阻礙,使中國家族企業(yè)的平均壽命短暫。 家族企業(yè)在創(chuàng)業(yè)初期盡顯優(yōu)勢,但當(dāng)企業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段,其中的各個弊端就表現(xiàn)出來,人力資源管理問題尤為突出。人力資源管理對家族企業(yè)的競爭和發(fā)展起著決定性作用,然而,我國家族企業(yè)在人力資源管理上卻問題重重,很大程度上制約了家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文以奧格威電器制造 有限公司為例,對其人力資源管理進(jìn)行實證研究,找出家族企業(yè)在人力資源管理方面存在的問題。指出家族企業(yè)在人力資源管理缺乏規(guī)范,忽視工作分析,招聘過程隨意,缺乏規(guī)范的職業(yè)培訓(xùn),績效考核制度不公平,人才流失率高等問題,并提出了針對性的對策。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 家族企業(yè);人力資源管理;人才流失 Abstract In 30 years China39。s reform and opening up, the family business has been the rapid development of China39。s economic growth has bee an important force in point, in the national economy is also getting heavier and heavier. This article to Augewei. Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. as an example, its human resources management empirical studies to find out the family business in human resources management problems. Pointed out that the family business in the absence of norms of human resources management to ignore the work of analysis, the recruitment process is free, the lack of standardized vocational training, performance appraisal system is unfair to the high rate of brain drain and so on, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
