分類號(hào) 學(xué)號(hào) 學(xué)校代碼 10487 密級(jí) 研 究 生 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題 目:工程施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究 —— 以 JY 項(xiàng)目為例 學(xué) 號(hào) 姓 名 專 業(yè) EMBA 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 院(系、 所) 管理學(xué)院 年 月 日 I 摘 要 我國(guó) 自 改革開放以來,城市建設(shè)發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化。工程項(xiàng)目管理也正逐步加強(qiáng),但與國(guó)際的管理還有很大的距離 。 工程項(xiàng)目管理主要包括七方面內(nèi)容:進(jìn)度控制、成本(投資)控制、質(zhì)量控制、合同管理、安全管理、信息管理、以及組織協(xié)調(diào)。 其中進(jìn)度控制是合理安排資源供應(yīng)、節(jié)約工程成本的重要措施,是各大工程企業(yè)非常重視的管理層面。從 國(guó)際的角度看工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的研究狀況,雖然國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)有關(guān)進(jìn)度的控制問題都有些論述,但對(duì)施工階段進(jìn)度控制并不系統(tǒng)、全面,而且可操作性不強(qiáng)。為了系統(tǒng)、全面地解決施工階段進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制問題,因此,很有必要對(duì) 進(jìn)度控制有關(guān)管理進(jìn)行 研究與分析,也是開展此課題研究的目的。 本文首先系統(tǒng)性地論述了工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理最新的內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)基本理論知識(shí);接著以貴州省盤江集團(tuán) JY 項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,分析出其在進(jìn)度管理方面所存在的問題,并對(duì)問題進(jìn)行分析且提出相應(yīng)的解決方法;然后從大體上著重從適用的、可操作性強(qiáng)的角度全面而系統(tǒng)地論述了建 筑工程施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃到實(shí)施、檢查、改進(jìn)的動(dòng)態(tài)控制。采用 WBS 的分析方法,將項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)層層分解,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的進(jìn)度管理模式進(jìn)行改進(jìn)與選擇,確立進(jìn)度的指導(dǎo)思想,以及對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃前期工作、項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)管理的主要內(nèi)容以及項(xiàng)目管理的控制內(nèi)容,包括項(xiàng)目管理控制原則和項(xiàng)目管理的措施等進(jìn)行了有益的探討。從而使得項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的目標(biāo)與企業(yè)的總目標(biāo)保持一致。 本文因具有鮮明的針對(duì)性、較強(qiáng)的可操作性和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的研究?jī)r(jià)值。因此,對(duì)人們更近一步的了解工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理等相關(guān)的知識(shí),指導(dǎo)從事該相關(guān)工作方面的人員,具有很大的參考價(jià)值以及指導(dǎo)意義 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 項(xiàng)目管理 ; 操作性;理論;措施;指導(dǎo)意義 II Abstract Since China39。s reform and opening up, city construction occurredchanges in turn the world upside down. Engineering project management is strengthened gradually, but with the international management and great distance. Project management mainly includes seven aspects: the schedule control, cost (investment)control, quality control, contract management, security management, information management, and anization and coordination. The schedule control is an important measure ofreasonable arrangement of resources supply, saving the project cost, is the major engineering enterprises attach great importance to the management level. Look at the research status of project management from the international point of view, although thecontrol problem of the progress at home and abroad are discussed ,but not systematic, prehensive progress control at the stage of construction, and the maneuverability is not strong. In order tosolve the problem, a prehensive system of schedule plan and schedule control of construction stage, therefore, it is necessary toschedule control about management research and analysis, but also to carry out this research objective. III This paper systematically discusses the project management of the latest research situation home and abroad and the related basic theory knowledge。 then according to the actual situation of Guizhou province Panjiang group JY project, analyzed its existence in the progress of management problems, and analyzes the problems andthe corresponding solutions。 and then from the general theapplicable, strong operability roundly and systematically discusses the implementation, examination, improved dynamic control to the construction schedule of project construction. Using WBS analysis method, the project will target deposition layers, improvement and selection of the mode of the existing schedule management,establishing the guiding ideology of progress, as well as the main contents of project coordination and management of preparatory work, the project schedule and project management controlcontent, including project management control principle and project management measures. Useful discussion. So that the total targetand enterprise project schedule control is consistent. This paper has distinct for operability and practicality, strong research value. Therefore, the people are one step closer to understanding the project schedule management and other related knowledge, guidance in the relevant work of staff, has great reference value and guiding significance.
