【正文】 政府投資工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究 以曹妃甸區(qū)還遷房“幸?；▓@小區(qū)”為例 摘要 質(zhì)量管理 作為 是 我國(guó) 國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界研究的一個(gè)熱門話題 ，一直被百姓所關(guān)心著 。工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣不僅僅影響參建企業(yè)能否長(zhǎng)久順利的 進(jìn)行 ，對(duì)社會(huì)對(duì)人民也造成深淵影響。通過(guò)建立健全科學(xué)的質(zhì)量管理，提高工程項(xiàng)目整體工程質(zhì)量，最大的滿足業(yè)主群體的需求和期望。 本文主要分析了幸?；▓@小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目施工階段項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的情況。本小區(qū)是政府投資，市場(chǎng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)，與建設(shè)單位共同開(kāi)發(fā)的居民回遷房。 首先我們對(duì)本小區(qū)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理分析，并且認(rèn)定重點(diǎn)在于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量管理，與此同時(shí)，作為政府投資項(xiàng)目，應(yīng)該做到投資，質(zhì)量以及質(zhì)量三條腿同時(shí)進(jìn)行支撐， 要多個(gè)部門同時(shí)的積極有效地相互配合互幫互助建立起有效地質(zhì)量管理體系機(jī)構(gòu)。為了達(dá)到業(yè)主滿意的質(zhì)量，施工單位要完善崗位職責(zé)與管理程序，合理安排工作流程，充分掌握工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)程，同時(shí)以業(yè)主的意見(jiàn)為主，態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇，尤其是在項(xiàng)目收尾這個(gè)重要階 段，我們要更加注意質(zhì)量管理方面的問(wèn)題，做好項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)，分析在項(xiàng)目中遇到的問(wèn)題，通過(guò)采取相應(yīng)的技術(shù)手段來(lái)彌補(bǔ)不足，為提高質(zhì)量管理效率修改以及完善一些有關(guān)方面的規(guī)定和相關(guān)工作流程。 本文第一章主要闡述質(zhì)量管理方面的背景以及研究目的和意義，同時(shí)剖析了中外研究現(xiàn)狀并且對(duì)其研究方法進(jìn)行了深入淺出的探討。 第二章主要從項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的的含義作為切入點(diǎn)，同時(shí)采用引述、摘取相關(guān)觀點(diǎn)并對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的論述。 第三章 概括描述幸福花園小區(qū) 工程項(xiàng)目 情況的概述 。 第四章 主要對(duì) 幸?；▓@小區(qū)項(xiàng)目工程施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量管理構(gòu)架 進(jìn)行了論述 。 第五章 只要分析狀況提出了 項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中存在的 相關(guān)的狀況以及 問(wèn)題， 同時(shí)對(duì) 項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理出現(xiàn) 的狀況及 問(wèn)題的原因 進(jìn)行相關(guān) 分析。 第六章 主要 針對(duì)幸福花園小區(qū) 在施工過(guò)程中以及后期驗(yàn)收時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的探討，并對(duì)相關(guān)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了詳實(shí)的分析，完善并改進(jìn)了出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的質(zhì)量管理體系，從新明確了各部門機(jī)構(gòu)的的管理職責(zé)， 加強(qiáng)了內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理體系的建設(shè)，同時(shí)對(duì)于相應(yīng)的問(wèn)題提出了便捷有效地解決方案。 為了生動(dòng)形象的突出項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，本文 還 繪制了相關(guān)的圖表。 本文通過(guò) 研究項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)概念，背景以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀等針對(duì)典型案例深入透徹的分析其在質(zhì)量管理方面存在的問(wèn)題， 對(duì)已經(jīng)完成的相關(guān)工作進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量管理方面的總結(jié)，同時(shí)明確了相關(guān)的工作細(xì)節(jié)，提高了質(zhì)量管理的效率。 關(guān)鍵詞：質(zhì)量管理，管理職責(zé)，管理流程 Abstract Quality management as is a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad research in our country, has always been concerned with the people. The merits of the quality of the project can not only influence cooperatedbuiling enterprise smoothly for a long time, it has a deep impact to the people of society. Through establishing and perfecting the scientific quality management, improve the quality of whole engineering project, the biggest meet the needs and expectations of the owners groups. This article mainly analyzes the happiness garden district project construction phase project quality management. This area is the government investment, marketoriented operation, and the inhabitants of the construction unit to jointly develop a property.
