含羧酸的吡咯縮氨基硫脲的合成、表征及溶解性 1 摘 要 現(xiàn)代生活中,癌癥對(duì)人類生命和健康的威脅與日俱增,研發(fā)有效的抗癌藥物一直備受各界關(guān)注。 吡咯以各種形式的衍生物廣泛地存在于自然界 , 在生物體的發(fā)育、生長(zhǎng)、能量?jī)?chǔ)存和轉(zhuǎn)換,生物體的各種信息傳遞等生命過程中起著重要的作用。 氨基硫脲作為一種含硫酰肼,是合成抗結(jié)核藥氨硫脲和磺胺藥物的原料, 是一個(gè)重要的有機(jī)合成中間體。 因此,本論文 以 2,4二甲基 5甲?;?吡咯 3甲酸和硫代氨基脲、 4甲基氨基硫脲、 4乙基氨基硫脲、 4異丙基氨基硫脲、 4苯基氨基硫脲為原料,合成了一系列含羧酸的吡咯縮氨基硫脲化合 物 。 此外,我們 對(duì)目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行溶解性的測(cè)試, 并通過紅外光譜、核磁共振等光譜手段 對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征 , 希望能從中篩選 治療癌癥的候選藥物。 關(guān)鍵詞: 縮氨基硫脲、吡咯、 羧基 、溶解性 含羧酸的吡咯縮氨基硫脲的合成、表征及溶解性 2 Abstract In our modern society, the threat of cancer disease to human life and health grows with time elapsing. More attentions have been paid to develop effective anticancer drugs. Various forms of pyrrole derivatives are widely existed in nature and play an important role in an anism39。s development, growth, energy storage and conversion and biometric information transmission of various life processes. Thiosemicarbazide, a sulfurcontaining hydrazide, is the raw material of synthesized antiTB thiourea and sulfa drugs and an important intermediate for anic synthesis. Therefore, in this paper, the series of pyrrole thiosemicarbazones pounds containing Carboxyl group were successfully synthesized by reacting 2,4dimethyl5formylpyrrole3 carboxylic acid with thiosemicarbazide, 4methyl thiosemicarbazide, 4ethyl thiosemicarbazide, 4iso propyl thiosemicarbazide, 4phenyl thiosemicarbazide. Solubility of the target product was tested and then confirmed by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, we hope to search drug candidates for cancer treatment.
