5 提供全套畢業(yè)論文圖紙,歡迎咨詢 摘要 電池作為一種常見(jiàn)的日用品深入到我們的生活。它的種類繁多,按照使用次數(shù)可以分為:一次性電池和充電電池。根據(jù)材料,可分為:鋅錳電池、堿錳電池、鋰電池、鎳電池、燃料電池及太陽(yáng)能電池等。根據(jù)用途可分為:一般電池、車載電池、手機(jī)電池等。 本設(shè)計(jì)只針對(duì)7號(hào)電池 . 本設(shè)計(jì)為廢舊電池拆解機(jī),它可以一次性將 7號(hào)電池的碳棒,內(nèi)部物質(zhì),電池皮一次分開(kāi),它的工作流程簡(jiǎn)單,并是一次性對(duì)電池分解,每?jī)擅腌姺纸庖幻峨姵兀瘦^高,無(wú)污染,分解出的三種物質(zhì)可以自動(dòng)分開(kāi),并分別處理。 然而 7號(hào)電池作為一種 結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜的東西, 在沒(méi)有人工的處理下, 很難再將其進(jìn)行更為 細(xì)化的拆分處理,本設(shè)計(jì)將電池也僅能拆分出三部分。這也是電池在拆分這個(gè)領(lǐng)域很難完成的一個(gè)技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。 此次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)在于效率的提高,和分解的成功率上。這兩點(diǎn)的提高將能夠很大程度上解決電池對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,和再回收利用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 7號(hào)電池; 污染; 回收利用; 6 Abstract Battery as a mon modity indepth to our lives. This design is used batteries dismantling machine, it can be a onetime battery to 7 carbon rod, the internal material, a separate battery skin, its work flow is simple and onetime battery deposition, deposition of a battery every two seconds, high efficiency, no pollution, deposition of the three substances can be automatically separated and treated separately. However, the battery 7 as a more plex structure of things, in the absence of manual processing, it is difficult then a more detailed split of its processing, the design of the battery has only a threepart split.
