1 畢業(yè) 論文 題目 360 度績(jī)效考核在人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用研究 學(xué)生所在學(xué)院 經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院 __ __ 專 業(yè) 人力資源管理 _ ___ 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要 2 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)員工績(jī)效考核的重視,普遍引入了外企使用的多種員工績(jī)效考核方法,雖然也取得了一些成效,但總體效果并不理想。本文分析了員工績(jī)效考核中的360 度績(jī)效考核法在人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用,指出了我國(guó)企業(yè)實(shí)施效果不理想的根本原因,并嘗試給出一些改變這種現(xiàn)象的方法。 績(jī)效 考核 一直是人力資源管理領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn),在人事決策( 如獎(jiǎng)懲、人員選拔等)和薪酬管理方面具有重要的作用。隨著人力資源管理理論和實(shí)踐的不斷深入和發(fā)展,管理者越來越認(rèn)識(shí)到員工的發(fā)展與企業(yè)的發(fā)展是緊密聯(lián)系在一起的,因此員工的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展、工作生活質(zhì)量的提高等成為了人力資源管理的新焦點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞:績(jī)效考核 企業(yè) 人力資源管理 360 度績(jī)效考核法 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要 3 ABSTRACT Along with our country enterprise to staff39。s performance is examined attention, introduced the general use of foreign employee performance evaluation methods, although also made some achievements, but the overall effect is not ideal. Performance evaluation of human resource management is always a difficult and important field in personnel decisions (such as rewards and punishments, personnel selection, etc.) and reward management plays an important role. Along with the human resources management theory and practice unceasingly thorough and development, regulators are increasingly recognize employee development and enterprise development are closely linked, so the employee39。s career development, improve the quality of work life as a new focus of human resource management.
