The logistics industry as an important part of the service sector contribution to the growth of the national economy continues to increase. China39。s logistics enterprises is facing the situation that technological innovation as businesses benefit is weakening, the homogenization of products making it difficult to stand out in the petition in the industry, but the service innovation to bring new profit growth point of the situation. Service innovation is the key to logistics enterprises to remain petitive. From the current situation, most of the logistics enterprises in China is still mainly in the transportation, warehousing and other functional logistics services. To change this situation, an important aspect is to go beyond the traditional model of logistics services, innovation in the service concept, content and services the way. China39。s logistics industry after decades of development, in some respects achieved great success, but there is a lot of lack of innovation in logistics services.
