[Key words] appendicitis。perforation。operation 急性闌尾炎是外科最常見的疾病之一，居各種急腹癥發(fā)病的首位，可發(fā)病于任何年齡，多見于青壯年，因易與急性胃腸炎、急性腸系膜淋巴結(jié)炎、右側(cè)輸尿管結(jié)石及婦科宮外孕破裂、急性附件炎等疾病相混淆而誤診，延誤病情，錯過最佳治療時機而導(dǎo)致闌尾化膿穿孔。因此，對于穿孔性闌尾炎，手術(shù)時機的選擇很重要。本院35例穿孔性闌尾炎及時進行了手術(shù)治療，取得了較好的療效，現(xiàn)報告如下?！ ?臨床資料 —2012年4月期間本院共收治并確診的穿孔性闌尾炎患者35例，男28 例，女7例。年齡最大 52 歲，最小9歲
