急性闌尾炎穿孔手術(shù)治療體會(huì)(存儲(chǔ)版)
【正文】 linical manifestations after operation, the clinical manifestations of operation were for statistics and analysis. ResultsAfter active treatment of 35 cases of operation patients,33 cases were cured,2 cases improved, no deaths, the cure rate was %.ConclusionThe choice of proper operation time and method can obviously improve the therapeutic effect of acute perforated appendicitis operation, and effectively improve the prognosis and quality of life. [Key words] appendicitis?！ 1~3] ，開(kāi)始痛不甚嚴(yán)重，位置不固定，呈陣發(fā)性。當(dāng)炎癥擴(kuò)散到闌尾以外時(shí)，壓痛范圍也隨之?dāng)U大，但仍以闌尾部位壓痛最為明顯?！ ?X線腹部平片檢查13例患者表現(xiàn)為右下腹空腸和(或)回腸末端反射性腸腔積氣或液氣平面?！ ?5例患者均采用硬脊膜外麻醉。處理闌尾根部：，在扎線遠(yuǎn)處切斷闌尾，殘端用碘酒、酒精涂擦處理后，用荷包縫合將其包埋入盲腸壁內(nèi)。目前有學(xué)者認(rèn)為腹腔干凈可不置引流管[4]，但本院所做的35例手術(shù)均進(jìn)行了放置
