【正文】 nd spare parts by himself； 甲方自行拆卸機(jī)體及部件造成的合同設(shè)備損壞； Breakdown caused by fake consumables and spare parts provided by other panies； 因非 原廠配件 、零部件等而造成的合同設(shè)備損壞； 五 、 Breach （ 違約處理 ） : 3 Party A has the right to terminate the contract and claim the Service Fee back in the condition Party B fails to execute this contract and influence the normal work of Party A； 因乙方不能及時(shí)履行合同所規(guī)定的服務(wù)條款，并對(duì)甲方工作造成嚴(yán)重延誤時(shí)，甲方有權(quán)終止合同并要求退賠已交納的服務(wù)費(fèi)用； Party B should pensate and repair the equipment due to the damage caused by himself； 因乙方工作失誤導(dǎo)致甲方設(shè)備損壞，乙方應(yīng)賠償甲方相應(yīng)零件并負(fù)責(zé)修復(fù)工作； Party B has the right to terminate the contract and claim the payment owed by Party A if Party A does not fully execute the Clause 2 of this contract； 甲方未能按本合同條款 2 的規(guī)定及時(shí)付款時(shí) ,乙方可解除合同并保留追繳甲方欠款的權(quán)利； Part A shall not take any responsibility by the damages caused of repair, maintenance, dissemble etc. by the third party permitted by Party A. 甲方允許非乙方技術(shù)人員維修、維護(hù)、拆卸合同設(shè)備或造成該設(shè)備損壞， 乙方對(duì)此不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任 。 買、賣雙方因本合同發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，應(yīng)當(dāng)友好協(xié)商；協(xié)商不成，雙方同意將本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的一切爭(zhēng)議提交北京 仲裁委員會(huì)并按該會(huì)仲裁規(guī)則仲裁，仲裁是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有拘束力。本合同共 4 份，自雙方代表簽字（蓋章）之日起生效 ,傳真件或掃描件有
