【正文】 新版合同條件，其中的《EPC 交鑰匙項目合同條件》第1版（Conditions of Contract for EPC Turnkey Projects , 以下簡稱EPC合同條件”）是FIDIC 在第一次編制出版的一種新型的合同條件。在FIDIC對四份新合同文件的統(tǒng)一前言當(dāng)中，對《EPC/交鑰匙合同條件》這一新的文本介紹詳細指出：這是一份為了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)或電力項目提供交鑰匙工程的合同。在此合同下，承包人負擔(dān)了全部設(shè)計、采購和施工（EPC），提供全部完全裝備好的設(shè)施，直到做好運行準(zhǔn)備，這就是“交鑰匙”。特定的項目中許多條件可以在使用時做出調(diào)整，寫出專用條件，以適應(yīng)項目的環(huán)境。其中通用條件一共有20條166款，包括：一般規(guī)定；業(yè)主；業(yè)主的管理；承包商；職員和勞務(wù)；設(shè)計；工程設(shè)備、材料和工藝；竣工檢驗；業(yè)主的接收；缺陷責(zé)任；竣工后實驗；開工、延誤與暫停；變更與調(diào)整；合同價格與支付；業(yè)主的終止；承包商的暫停與終止；風(fēng)險與責(zé)任；保險；不可抗力以及索賠；爭端與仲裁（如表23所示）。表23
