梅特勒托利多(6) 裝運(yùn)條款 Terms of Shipment 裝運(yùn)期限:收到預(yù)付款30天內(nèi)Time of Shipment: With 30 days after receipt of the prepayment.裝運(yùn)口岸:瑞士主要機(jī)場Port of Shipment: Swiss Main Airport到貨口岸: 上??崭?,中國Port of Destination:SHANGHAI AIRPORT, CHINA裝運(yùn)方式: 空運(yùn)Terms of shipment: by air不允許分批Partial Shipment Not Allowed。 (7) 嘜 頭: 賣方負(fù)責(zé)在每件包裝上,用不褪色油墨清楚地標(biāo)刷件號、尺碼、毛重、凈重、“此端向上”、“小心輕放”、“切勿受潮”等字樣,并刷有如下嘜頭:Shipping Mark: On the surface of each package, the package number, measurements, gross weight, net weight, Such cautions as ‘THIS SIDE UP”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE” and the below shipping mark shall be stenciled legibly in fadeless paint: VISH120421E (SD) SHANGHAI CHINA(8) 包裝: 包裝牢固適合長途運(yùn)輸,由于包裝不良所產(chǎn)生的損失,賣方應(yīng)承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的一切費(fèi)用和/或損失。The sellers shall be liable for any damage to the goods on account of improper packing, and in such case or cases any and all losses and/or expenses incurred in consequence thereof shall be borne by the Sellers。如遲交貨超過原定期限十星期時(shí),買方有權(quán)停止本合同,但賣方仍應(yīng)向買方繳付以上規(guī)定之罰款,不得推諉或遲延。若在運(yùn)輸時(shí)發(fā)生問題,由賣方向保險(xiǎn)公司提出索賠。 發(fā)票兩份:注明合同號和嘜頭。 由賣方或者LC受益人出具的原產(chǎn)地證明一份,品質(zhì)和數(shù)量證明書一份。另外賣方應(yīng)于貨物裝運(yùn)后2天內(nèi)將上述單據(jù)一套傳真買方。Certificate of Insurance at 110% of contract value issued by insurance pany, including war and all other risk.In case of wood packing ,beneficiary’s certificate certifying that each wood pallet has been marked with IPPc special purpose mark。如由于賣方未及時(shí)將裝運(yùn)通知告知買方而發(fā)生的一切損失應(yīng)由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。賣方負(fù)責(zé)安裝、調(diào)試及人員培訓(xùn),并負(fù)擔(dān)費(fèi)用。在貨物保證期內(nèi),由于設(shè)備自身質(zhì)量問題造成的故障,賣方得到買方通知后應(yīng)即時(shí)給予完整維修或更換零部件。賣方收到索賠通知后,如果在十天內(nèi)未作出書面答復(fù),即視為賣方同意買方提出的一切索賠。 Claim: The Sellers should provide the inspection certificates of quality/quantity/weight of the goods.
