【正文】 心、展覽場(chǎng)館、高星級(jí)酒店為代表的硬件建設(shè)；三是專業(yè)會(huì)議組織策劃者 (PCO)為代表的軟件條件。沒有高素質(zhì)的會(huì)展人才參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，就難以改變我國(guó)目前在國(guó)際會(huì)展界的落后地位。全國(guó)會(huì)展旅游發(fā)展的無序性急需建立專門的管理機(jī)構(gòu) 來指導(dǎo)會(huì)展活動(dòng)的開展。 就總體而言，中國(guó)會(huì)展場(chǎng)館規(guī)模偏小、設(shè)施落后、功能單一、低層次重復(fù)建設(shè)現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重，難以滿足目前日益發(fā)展的會(huì)展旅游的需要。 全國(guó)各旅游地應(yīng)根據(jù)自身?xiàng)l件，選擇相應(yīng)的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)，發(fā)展成各具特色的會(huì)展旅游目的地 會(huì)展旅游的開展是建立在一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力基礎(chǔ)上 的，它牽涉到許多經(jīng)濟(jì)部門及其他方面，是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，任何一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)出了問題都會(huì)影響它的順利進(jìn)行。就目前國(guó)內(nèi)各地區(qū)各城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、對(duì)外交通的便利程度以及在國(guó)際上的影響力等方面因素而言，中國(guó)真正能搞展覽的城市并不多，除了珠江三角洲、長(zhǎng)江三角洲、環(huán)渤海地帶外，其他地方條件還不很成熟，要適當(dāng)控制展覽目的地及展館的建設(shè)，避免近距離重復(fù)建設(shè)和會(huì)展大戰(zhàn)的發(fā)生。我國(guó)會(huì)展教育嚴(yán)重滯后于我國(guó)會(huì)展旅游的發(fā)展，因此專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)已刻不容緩。因此飯店業(yè)有 13 必要尋找新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。因此，利潤(rùn)豐厚的會(huì)議市場(chǎng)正在變成飯店業(yè)越來越重要的爭(zhēng)奪激烈的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)。而這種預(yù)期是來自于口碑和各種媒體信息?？梢圆捎玫男麄鞔黉N方式有：在相關(guān)的專業(yè)雜志上做廣告，向會(huì)展組織協(xié)會(huì)策劃者郵寄宣傳品，邀請(qǐng)主要人員考察旅行和通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)展開宣傳攻勢(shì)等。我國(guó)在澳大利亞的宣傳促銷是一個(gè)很好的范例。市場(chǎng)需求和利益驅(qū)動(dòng)驅(qū)使旅行商投入更多的精力和財(cái)力來宣傳中國(guó)旅游。 我國(guó)還應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加大投入，積極開拓新的會(huì)展旅游市場(chǎng)。我們能從這些成功的世博會(huì)宣傳中學(xué)到很多的東西。我們都要面向太陽(yáng)，驕傲的活著。 感謝每一位在我工作中給予我?guī)椭娜?，感謝我們團(tuán)結(jié)、情義的百度客服中心每一位同事，榮譽(yù) 是激勵(lì)我繼續(xù)努力奮斗的動(dòng)力，我會(huì)堅(jiān)實(shí)的走好工作中的每一步，踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做事，誠(chéng)誠(chéng)懇懇做人，與百度客服中心兄弟姐妹們一起在我們總監(jiān)單文斯的帶領(lǐng)下創(chuàng)造出更多驕人業(yè)績(jī)。 兩年來龍采的發(fā)展是迅速的，我的改變也是巨大，當(dāng)然這當(dāng)中也存在著諸多的不足。 因?yàn)樵诠ぷ髦杏龅絾栴}各種各樣，并不是每一種情況都能把握。這樣的學(xué)習(xí)能力，一方面來自向師傅們的學(xué)習(xí)，向工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的人學(xué)習(xí)。再一個(gè)在我們生活中有很多的相關(guān)方面的專家、學(xué)者、老師如果能向這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的人請(qǐng)教學(xué)習(xí)我們會(huì)有更大的進(jìn)步。所以一定要掌握好同事之間的交往原則和社交禮儀。我在這方面得益于在學(xué)校學(xué)生會(huì)的長(zhǎng)期的鍛煉，使我有一個(gè)比較和諧的人際關(guān)系，為順利工作創(chuàng)造了良好的人際氛圍。例如：缺乏實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，缺乏對(duì)相關(guān) 15 行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)掌握等。另一方面要不斷的加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)、新技術(shù)更好的為人民服務(wù)。一方面鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí)，提高處理實(shí)際問題的能力。畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)是我們從學(xué)校走向社會(huì)的一個(gè)過渡，它為我們順利的走出校園，走向社會(huì)為國(guó)家、為人民更好服務(wù)做好了準(zhǔn)備。他們的言傳身教將使我終生受益。在我的學(xué)業(yè)和論文的研究工作中無不傾注著老師們辛勤的汗水和心血。從尊敬的導(dǎo)師身上，我不僅學(xué)到了扎實(shí)、寬廣的專業(yè)知識(shí)，也學(xué)到了做人的道理。 在黑龍江龍采科技開發(fā)有限責(zé)任公司進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)期間，承蒙程秀經(jīng)理、單文斯總監(jiān)的熱心指導(dǎo)與幫助，不勝感激。s Shaanxi province pass through a stop on the ancient Silk Road, Gansu39。80s.
