In case the premises or facilitiesare in bad conditions not due to the reason of PARTY B, PARTY A shall pletethe repair work within 24 hours upon receipt of the notice from PARTY B.Otherwise, PARTY B shall have the right to hire any third parties for the repairwork at the cost of PARTY A.
