But how effectively to implement the great management to the all people of the whole enterprise , how to count 、layout、 analysis、 forecast the enterprise constitutes circs and developing current. Base on the result of the analytic establish correspond personnel policy, so this work bee more and more plicated and too, in the early personnel management system if it can be realized the automation of management of the salary, it will undoubtedly bring to administrative department of enterprises very big and convenient. Management of information is an old activity, while the means of managing is developing during all the time: from handwork to puter technology。 from single puter mode to client/server mode, the technology for management is more developed, more scientific and more objective. Meanwhile, in this instance developing this management system bee more necessary. The developing background of this thesis has based on the personnel information management subsystem of the enterprise management information building. discuss the management system concept、 construct and keystone and method of the developing system. This management system’ s function as follows: The base information of the personnel record、 amend、 query、 delete，the check on work attendance information record、 query、 delete、 amend, the appraise information record、 amend、 delete and query, and system management. For the enterprise management providing information referring、 information searching and information saving service. So we can realize satisfy the modern enterprise’ Demanding.
