雜的是兩個通油孔的加工,分析知兩通油孔的尺寸和精度,表面粗糙度的要求是一樣的,只是其在零件上的位置不同而已。分析CA6140車床濾油器體的零件圖及其加工技術(shù)要求說明知,并且選用左端面為其它的待加工表面的定位基準(zhǔn),所以其加工過程是先以其粗加工為基準(zhǔn),待其它的加工完后再進行精加工,所以一般要采用粗銑,半精銑,精銑的過程才能滿足其要求。兩個通油孔的結(jié)構(gòu)看似簡單,但要達到其要求需要較多的加工工步,同時注意到兩通油孔的尺寸一樣。CA6140車床濾油器體的結(jié)構(gòu)屬于中等復(fù)雜的零件,總共有六個孔需要加工,而且三個螺栓孔的加工精度一般,只需要保證三個螺栓孔的位置精度即可。這就對濾油器提出了更高的要求。為實現(xiàn)上述的幾個精確控制,必須提高供油泵和濾油器的可靠性?;诟呔葹V紙對機床使用壽命和水對高精度濾油器使用壽命影響的試驗研究,提出現(xiàn)代機床的濾油系統(tǒng)應(yīng)采用兩級過濾,第一級應(yīng)由油水分離器和油粗濾器組成,第二級應(yīng)由高精度的濾紙承擔(dān)油精濾的任務(wù),以滿足絕對過濾精度小于3μm的要求。由于能力所限,經(jīng)驗不足,設(shè)計中還有許多不足之處,希望老師雅正。這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計中,我所選的零件是“CA6140車床濾油器體”,完成該零件的機械加工工藝規(guī)程的編制及工藝裝備的設(shè)計,濾油器在車床上是個必不可少的部件,它有著過濾油液及緩沖的作用。三、進一步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生識圖,制圖,運算和編寫技術(shù)文件等基本技能。其目的主要有一下三點:一、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運用機械制造工程學(xué)及相關(guān)課程(工程材料與熱處理,機械設(shè)計,公差與技術(shù)測量等)的知識,綜合生產(chǎn)實習(xí)中學(xué)到的實踐知識,獨立地分析和解決零件機械加工工藝問題,初步具備設(shè)計一個中等復(fù)雜程度零件的工藝規(guī)程的能力。 ponents。s machinery industry.
