In this paper, we focus on the regulatory pliance and use it as an analysis perspective to investigate the pliant behavior of Huangpu customs officers, and by using questionnaire survey methods, depth interviews and statistical analysis, this study quasiempirically answered three essential questions about professional ethic pliance of Customs officers. (1) How about the quality of the professional ethic pliance of Customs officers? Is the professional ethic pliance of Customs officers normative or instrumental? (2) What factors mainly affect the professional ethic pliance of Customs officers? (3) How to improve the quality of the professional ethic pliance of Customs officers? Thus in order to analysis the mechanism of professional ethic pliance of Customs officers, and to provide the basis and the reference to team management of the Customs. Based on the quantitative analysis, we find that:(1) Most customs officers have a strong awareness of professional ethics and can well ply with the rules of professional ethics。 Customs officers 39。 professional ethics awareness and education, the feasibility of professional ethics, and the probability of violation of professional ethics to be found and penalties will affect their professional ethics pliant behavior to a certain extent。 professional ethics pliance levels are significantly correlated with their gender, age, length of service and rank, no significant correlation with education and jobs.
