Analysis of the performances, costs and reliabilities of both pressors in applications to supermarket is carried out in this paper.Key words: Singlestage pressor。 Supermarket cold preservation6 / 61. 引言 隨著大型超市在國內(nèi)大中城市的快速普及，超市食品冷凍設(shè)備及應(yīng)用問題已成為業(yè)內(nèi)人士比較關(guān)注的一個(gè)話題。有人就建議使用單機(jī)雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)），并認(rèn)為雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)制冷量大，效率高。 回顧西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的超市冷凍業(yè)變化，就不難看出其中的問題。由于R22排氣溫度高，為了保證足夠的蒸發(fā)溫度（－32～－38℃），當(dāng)時(shí)只能選擇雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)。 在此背景下，國內(nèi)超市熱衷于雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)的現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)開始變化，而部分外資大超市也明確要求使用R404A環(huán)保制冷劑和高效單級(jí)壓縮機(jī)。2. 排氣溫度 對(duì)于普通回氣冷卻型單級(jí)壓縮機(jī)，如果系統(tǒng)工質(zhì)為R22，℃, 蒸發(fā)溫度為40℃時(shí)，壓縮比為21。如此高的排氣溫度會(huì)引起潤滑油焦化，直接威脅到壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)件的正常潤滑和電機(jī)壽命。phG G’F F’
