Analysis of the performances, costs and reliabilities of both pressors in applications to supermarket is carried out in this paper.Key words: Singlestage pressor。 2stage pressor。 Supermarket cold preservation6 / 61. 引言 隨著大型超市在國(guó)內(nèi)大中城市的快速普及，超市食品冷凍設(shè)備及應(yīng)用問(wèn)題已成為業(yè)內(nèi)人士比較關(guān)注的一個(gè)話題。 由于超市低溫柜所需蒸發(fā)溫度在－32～－38℃之間，屬于比較低的溫度范疇。有人就建議使用單機(jī)雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)），并認(rèn)為雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)制冷量大，效率高。實(shí)際情況要復(fù)雜一些。 回顧西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的超市冷凍業(yè)變化，就不難看出其中的問(wèn)題。上世紀(jì)八十年代中后期，隨著對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)的關(guān)注，歐美國(guó)家以及澳大利亞等紛紛停止使用R502制冷劑，改用R22。由于R22排氣溫度高，為了保證足夠的蒸發(fā)溫度（－32～－38℃），當(dāng)時(shí)只能選擇雙級(jí)壓縮機(jī)。九十年代中后期，環(huán)保制冷劑R404A以及POE潤(rùn)滑油等技術(shù)被認(rèn)可后，他們紛紛放
