Foreword前言 This document EN 143501:2020 has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 252 “Child use and care articles”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR. 本文 件 EN 143501:2020由 CEN/TC 252 “兒童 用 品 ” 技術委員會編寫 ,其 秘書 由 AFNOR擔當 . This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2020, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2020. 本標準必須最遲于 2020年 2月通過發(fā)表相同內容的文本或通過簽署確認而具備國家標準的相同效力 .同時與上述標準相悖的所有國家標準必須最遲于 2020年 4月廢除 .
