本文在深入了解和學(xué)習(xí)變速器開發(fā)流程和相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)理論知識(shí)的前提下,首先確定該微型汽車手動(dòng)變速器的設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括齒輪和軸的總布置形式、換檔操縱機(jī)構(gòu)及檔位布置形式等;其次根據(jù)所配發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的基本參數(shù)以及考慮到整車動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性要求下的傳動(dòng)比,設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算出變速器主要零件的相關(guān)參數(shù),通過對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的分 析,找到影響手動(dòng)變速器性能的因素,完成齒輪、軸和軸承等主要零件以及同步器同步過程的分析。 重慶航天職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 汽車 六檔 變速器畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 專 業(yè) 機(jī)電一體化 班 級(jí) 機(jī)電 1 班 學(xué) 號(hào) ___ 20211954 __ 姓 名 ___ 石 福 東 _ ___ 指導(dǎo)教師 劉 珍 來 起止日期 機(jī)電信息工程系 I 摘 要 作為汽車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,變速器對(duì)整車 的動(dòng)力性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性、操縱的可靠性與輕便性、傳動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性與效率都有著較為直接的影響。雖然傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式的手動(dòng)變速器具有換檔沖擊大,體積大,操縱麻煩等諸多缺點(diǎn),但仍以其傳動(dòng)效率高、生產(chǎn)制造工藝成熟以及成本低等特點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代汽車上。同時(shí)針對(duì)各影響因素結(jié)合變速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和目標(biāo)性能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 手動(dòng)變速器 傳動(dòng)效率 NVH性能 輕量化 II Abstract As an important part of automobile transmission, gearbox not only has a direct impact on the vehicle’s power and economy, also affects the operation reliability andease, transmission stability and efficiency. Although the traditional mechanical manual transmission has many disadvantages, such as large shift shock, huge volumeand plicated control, it is still widely used in modem cars for its advantages ofhigh transmission efficiency, mature production technique and more importantly lowcost. This thesis firmly confirms the design plan of manual gearbox of micro car, basing on the prehension and study on gearbox development process as well asrelevant theories. The design plan includes the layout of gear and shaft, layout of gearshifting operation mechanism, etc. Secondly based on the essential parameter offurnished engine and the required transmission ratio of the vehicle’s powerperformance, the related parameters on main ponents of gearbox are worked out. Via analysis to design parameters, finds out the factors which take effects on theperformance of manual gearbox. This thesis pletes gear, shaft and bearing main parts and synchronizer synchronous process analysis.
