容易 、 乘坐更為舒適 、 零部件也很可靠 ; AMT融合之前二者長(zhǎng)處 , 換擋時(shí)會(huì)有間歇的動(dòng)力暫停 , 乘坐會(huì)有不舒服感 ;無(wú)級(jí)變速器 構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、 高效大功率 、車(chē)速 穩(wěn)定 ,傳動(dòng)帶 不耐用 , 不能 承受較大的載荷; DCT 燃油消耗比較低而且乘坐舒適性良好 ,手動(dòng)變速器 進(jìn)化 而來(lái) 的先進(jìn)變速器 。 變速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 汽車(chē)變速箱 的發(fā)展已經(jīng)超過(guò)百年 , 其歷程主要是 了從 單純的 手動(dòng) 方式成長(zhǎng)為先進(jìn)的 2 自動(dòng)。隨著 我們 汽車(chē)工業(yè)不斷的 發(fā)展 , 同時(shí)各式各樣的 汽車(chē)行業(yè) 也在 持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展 。而隨著中國(guó)加入 WTO, 老百姓 生活水平 和日常需求 的不斷 增長(zhǎng) , 各類(lèi)汽車(chē)及汽車(chē)用品 等高級(jí)消費(fèi)品已進(jìn)入 普通老百姓的家庭 。在整個(gè)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)基本參數(shù)計(jì)算出變速器的各種數(shù) 據(jù),并且嚴(yán)格校核,保證能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)和使用要求。 設(shè)計(jì)采用三軸式,所以其中設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)直接檔,提高傳動(dòng)效率。這次設(shè)計(jì)主要考慮的是動(dòng)力輸出平順、傳動(dòng)效率高、磨損消耗小、使用壽命長(zhǎng)。 0 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 題 目: 汽車(chē) 5 擋手動(dòng)變速器設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 生: 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 車(chē)輛工程 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)老師: 2020 年 6 月 1 汽車(chē) 5 擋手動(dòng)變速器設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 :變速器是連接發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的至關(guān)重要的部分,對(duì)它的合理設(shè)計(jì)能夠保證汽車(chē)在各種不的工況下滿足需求,而且他的合理與否決定了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力能否高效發(fā)揮。 本次針對(duì)前置后驅(qū)形式設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)五檔手動(dòng)變速器,并且采用三軸式。同時(shí)在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)還會(huì)盡量考慮工藝的優(yōu)化和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的要求。變速器的換擋通過(guò)鎖環(huán)式同步器實(shí)現(xiàn),同時(shí)合理設(shè)計(jì)了一套與之相匹配的操作機(jī)構(gòu)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 變速器 鎖環(huán)式同步器 中間軸 2 Design on Car 5 Manual Transmission Abstract: Transmission is connecting to the engine and transmission system is the important part with its reasonable design can ensure the normal order of the vehicle under various conditions, and he is reasonable or not determines the power of the engine can be efficient.
